We were constrained by the size of our fridge opening to only a select few French door fridges. Lucky for us this Westinghouse fridge was just the right size as it’s a great fridge. Smart styling, quiet, great access to both fridge and freezer areas. We are also saving a lot in our electricity usage as it’s very efficient. Overall a great choice.

We love our Westinghouse 565L French Door Refrigerator. It is spacious inside with full width shelves that fits so much in including big platters. Having it plumbed gives us ice cold water whenever we want, no more buying bottled water. Great that it makes the ice and drops it into the large container as it is used.

We've had the fridge for about 3-4 weeks. Layout is great and generally is good quality, however the freezer door tracks and inner drawer runners are quite flimsy, get stuck and are noisy to open. It feels as though they will break after a short time opening and closing the freezer daily.

An overall good fridge. The height of this one is good to fit into smaller spaces where there are overhead cupboards. The water dispenser, while not chilled, is good and does not leak/drip. The ice maker is also handy. Theres no dedicated section in the fridge for cheese/dairy items, or a specific meat tray, but there is plenty of room. We did have issues with the doors. When delivered the doors were rubbing at the top but had a big gap at the bottom. This caused some scratches to form. The hinges were adjusted promptly. Regarding the cooling functions, we have concerns about the "Holiday"mode, where it is supposed to reduce the cooling and defrost cycles due to the fridge not being opened near as much. Cream had expanded to the point of near explosion, milk off, etc. We've had these items in the fridge longer with it in normal mode being opened a million times a day with no issues. So far, 2 months in, its ok and we're generally happy with it.
Did not see before buy. Fridge section ok but can not get crispers out due to door storage for milk etc. Freezer...a pain. Drawers cumbersome. Can not fit much in them. A real hassle to look in and actually find anything. We have always had Westinghouse though over the last 30 years and they are a great fridge...this one just does not suit how I access the fridge or freezer.
We have a small fridge cavity but this fridge makes it feel much bigger. Happy with the extra space we now have. Love that the ice machine is in the freezer. The freezer draw does make a weird click noise sometime when I open it. Not sure what that is, I’m assuming normal. The only thing I’m not used to is less door storage space for the taller items (used to a one door fridge) but still very happy with it. Delivery guys were amazing too. So friendly.
My wife and I are so happy with our recent Westinghouse 565L fridge purchase. The internal space is fantastic, with the shelving and compartments perfectly located within the fridge. The single freezer drawer, allows easy access to the contents. The water dispenser emits icy cold drinking water, and the ice maker is a bonus.The exterior surfaces are so easy to keep clean, and the compressor motor is very quiet. We would thoroughly recommend this brand and this particular fridge.
I love the look of this fridge and it is very easy to see everything inside because it’s well lit. I love that you don’t have to bend down to get anything out except for the freezer but I don’t use the freezer very much so that’s fine. The water dispenser is great as is the automatic ice maker. The kids love both. If I could improve anything the freezer is quite hard to open due to a very efficient seal. Overall a great purchase. The delivery men were brilliant too
Love my new fridge. Water dispenser is great, grandkids love it too. Icemaker in the freezer is awesome, no more having to fill up trays. Specifically looked for a filter at the front so the fridge didn't have to be moved to change the filter with instructions that are straight forward. Fridge is fairly quiet. Customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend this model.
I was replacing a 25 year old American made Amana fridge so spent some time making my decision based on the Quality Vs Price equation. The price was good on this deal so I went ahead based on it being built in Thailand, not China. I agree with the other comments that it is odd you have to open both doors to open the right side crisper drawer, but it's not a deal breaker really. I also don't have the water flow issue some others have mentioned, so I suggest that is down to the house water pressure.
