Perfect for our needs
Have only had this fridge for a couple of weeks but love how much freezer space there is, which suits my needs, very quiet when making ice. Happy so far
The style and easy operation of extra features, the freezer drawers make everything easy to find, easy to clean.
Great fridge!!Only wish would be the middle drawer could be fridge or freezer not just freezer.
Love the dual freezer, has plenty of space. Fridge does make some loud buzzing on occasions, called up but was told if its not making the noise when they come out I may be charged for it, so decided not to get them out as it only does it for about 1/2 hour each time. Otherwise happy with purchase

Flexible zone (of its own decision making) decided to switch from freezer to wine chiller - and in the process unfroze our ice cream, meat, etc. This happened about a week before the two year warranty ran out. We then decided to take up an extended warranty for a further three years. Glad we did, because, in spite of replacing a lot of the electronics, it has since failed another twice. It took about six weeks to get those electronic parts. The most recent failure has just happened (Feb 2023). The head office of Westinghouse referred us to a local agent, who can come an look at the problem in a few days. And that is just for the initial visit. If past experience is anything to go by, it will be another six weeks before the parts arrive. This isn't good enough, when an essential household appliance is faulty, things need to be fixed immediately. My suggestion, don't buy Westinghouse and if you do, make sure you take out the extended warranty, you will need it PS the only reason why I gave it one star, is that I can't give it zero or negative
In the two years we’ve had this freezer it’s had it’s ice maker replaced twice. The Flexi-draw also repeatedly changes temperature so you’ll suddenly find all your frozen food defrosted.

Pros: Love the little snack compartments in the bottom of the fridge, it is a great use of extra space and fits a packet of grated cheese and sandwich meats. The fridge runs silently but occasionally you will hear the icemaker going. The option of cubed or crushed ice is great. There is a ton of room in the freezer with adjustable compartments which work well for separating out for different people/food types. Cons: The fridge door space is limited due to the size of the freezer. The door shelves units are adjustable however there are limited options if you have tall items and want to use all the shelving. It would be helpful if there were more example photos or suggestions for different ways to set up the shelving for both the doors and body of the fridge.
