I bought this appliance recently and am very happy with it although the dial on the temperature control probe is terribly loose and wobbly, so I can't tell what temperature I am using. I have had to resort to using the probe from my old frypan which is very disappointing. I would have given it 5 stars except for that.

We replaced our teflon coated frypan because the coating started flaking off.This stone finished non-stick pan is easy to clean, and the compact shape while having ample volume, fits far better than the rectangular type when storing away.
I especially like the high sides, much less splatter. It seems to have a very good distribution of heat over the whole cooking area. Incredibly easy to clean. It is far superior to my previous electric frypan. I am very happy with it
Disappointed with stone cooking surface. Food still sticks to it despite claims it won't. Also, need to cook on higher temperatures to actually cook anything. Thermostat is difficult to read. Would I buy this product again? No.

I bought this product as I live alone and only require a small frypan . So impressed. Cooks chicken schnitzels perfectly and I love the coating which is true non stick .Very happy !Joy
A sturdy product. Easy to use, easy to clean. Good size for bench.Only issue is that it doesn't do a low simmer very well, tends to bursts of high heat and you have to be careful to avoid burning. Also there were no recipes in the leaflet to demonstrate the uses of the frypan.
after using it 3 times and it was great no issues, pulled it out on sunday to do pancakes and would not heat up. the light on dial working but just would not work tried everything. got hold of support who are chasing it up with westinghouse hopefully they'll call today. i thought they would of just sent another one straight out. a little disappointed waiting for someone to get hold of westinghouse for a $60 item you'd think would send out new one and pick this up to send to westinghouse for a please explain?
