It looks goods, has an intuitive keypad, and cooks well but trays get caught on the front t lip of the rack which makes getting things out a little difficult particularly since the rack wont slide out, even a few centimetres. Turning the shelf upside down gets rid of the lip and trays can then slide out easily but, the upside-down rack which has a u-profile, reduces the height of tray that can be used in the bottom/turntable. So some behaviour modification is called for but apart from that its brilliant. We installed it at knee-height, the traditional placement of ovens, and maybe it wouldnt be such a problem if the oven was at torso height.

I wasn't entirely sure when I was looking for a combi oven if this was going to be the right one for me when I read reviews that the 900w microwave function was weak, but it's amazing! I had a previous 1000w microwave and I haven't noticed any difference in the way it heats. It's excellent. I love the auto defrosting function as well all the precook functions. I've yet to use it as a conventional oven but I have no doubt it will deliver. It's sleek and modern look fits perfectly in my kitchen and allowed me to free up much needed bench space by getting rid of my old microwave. Get one! You won't be disappointed.

Great product. But I just wish the sales woman at good guys could have told me that the oven need to be hard wired, then I would probably think twice. As the hard wire is expensive and took a week to book an electrician to come to our place.

have had this for over a year now. Its a 900watt microwave but it fails to heat. A cup of water takes 2 minutes and even then its not boiling. Food takes for ever to reheat and its not an even distribution. Its so hard to clean as well. My arm barely reaches the back and the heating element on top is impossible to clean around
Was disappointed to find the 900 wattage of the microwave was not as good as my old sharp microwave which is 1100 wattage. This makes a big difference when heating a Light & Easy meal which l do five days a week.
A good looking microwave that matches the oven. Controls are a bit confusing with various indicators for elements, the fan & the microwave function. You will work it out soon enough. There is no keypad for typing in duration for microwave. You have a + and a - and they change duration by seconds or tens of seconds depending on mode and direction. Pro tip 1: you need to add about 1/3 more time because it’s a 900w microwave not 1200w like your benchtop unit. Pro tip 2: if you need less than 1 min of microwave just hit start for a minute and hit stop when you’re done, it’s faster than pressing - a bunch of times. Also, you need a dedicated circuit for this unit so it’s sparky time.
Useful. Have used it only a few days. According to manual it needs hard wiring. So will need electrician to install it
Appliance is neat and price was ok. Delivery was a bit of a shambles. Ordered on a Saturday and the Appliances Central website promised delivery on the Monday. On the Sunday I recieved an e-mail from them saying it had been dispatched via Allied Express with a same day delivery tracking number. No sign of it on Monday. On Tuesday called Allied who after a long wait said the tracking number was not valid. Called again being a bit more insistent and it was a valid number and the oven would be with me on the Tuesday. Called about 2pm on Tuesday and it was on its way. Called 4pm and it was being collected from Appliances Direct at 4.30pm and would be with me in 30 minutes. Within 2 weeks of purchasing it, a little bracket broke , so we could not use the racks in the oven. Even though it is fixed now the racks still grate on the stainless steel sides when you take out and put in the racks.

Appliances online were super helpful through this period, as it was beyond their control. When we noticed it was back in stock we were excited to snap it up, and it has been installed for a few weeks. It looks great and we have found it very easy to use. We are mostly using the microwave feature, but also doubles as a second compact oven which is fantastic. One word of caution if installing in an oven tower. We had originally designed the height of the space to accommodate a normal microwave with side swing door.
