Used it once so far, dishes very clean, very quiet. Interior flimsy unlike my old unit which only stopped working after 15 yrs. Recently purchased and its a good machine.Build quality does appear slightly better than cheaper price bracket (particularly the door quality). The machine is quiet, tub is stainless steel throughout, there are heaps of programs and the bottom rack's layout is well thought out with good functionality and options.Two minor irritants or observations are that we do find we bump the "on" button frequently when closing the door. It appears to be in the exact place where your hand naturally seems to push the door in conjunction with the handle - no idea why and maybe we will get used to it too. The other minor irritant or maybe just something we will get used to is the top rack's layout. Very happy so far with this dishwasher. I am extremely happy that even the fast cycle will wash lightly dirty dishes. In my experience with other big brands, the quick cycles barely get dishes wet.There are a couple of functions on this to add a drying cycle and a separate rinse cycle, which are handy to add to a fast cycle to compensate and allow you to not have to run full 2hr program.Not the quietest I have heard from a dishwasher, but definitely the quietest I have heard below $1200.Packaging was good and setup was easy.

The products is great and has a lot of cool features for water efficiency. However, our experience with Good Guys for installation was the worst. Firstly, they use contractors for installation who kept promoting his own business. Next, the installation was not done properly which left a leak in the sink cabinet. Good guys kept blaming the contractors and never accepted that its their mistake. The contractors never came back to review what had happened. My suggestion - get it installed by your local handyman/plumber.
I purchased this dishwasher in October 2020 for our new build. I had done my homework on several models, including what would fit into the underbench cavity in our kitchen. Given the really good reviews, and the specs ticked my boxes I was happy to buy this at a great price.I’ve waited a year to post my review. There are features I like about this, including the washing options, tablet, upper rack etc. What I’m not happy about is the silver paint flaked off at the top of the door, the hose constantly blocks, the top rack is not a great design for glassware, and my machine is def NOT quiet!Would I recommend? NoWould I recommend Appliances Online? Yes
I really dislike this dishwasher. Nothing stacks right. It doesn’t hold glasses or cups easily. The layout just doesn’t work. And as others have said the power button is too easily bumped to start the machine accidentally.I thought that dishwashers were pretty much the same in their layout and working. Not this one.I wish I could replace it without having to buy a new one.Very frustrating machine. Please improve Westinghouse.
Had this for about a month now. At first I was pretty happy with it but over time I have noticed a couple of issues. One is that the bottom tray tends to not slide well on the rollers. Looking at it, it appears that the width of the rollers is ever so slightly too narrow and when the bottom tray is heavily loaded, this causes it to come off the tracks. The other thing I've noticed is that although the dishes look really lovely and clean (and pretty dry even without the extra drying step), they often seem to have an unpleasant smell, particularly tall glasses that were washed on the top tray. I've tried the extra rinse and the heavy duty setting but this doesn't seem to help and we're frequently having to rewash things, and sometimes even this doesn't remove the smell.

This dishwasher has 2 main issues:- the touch button panel is very sensitive, so accidental selection commonly occurs simply by resting against the product (e.g. leaning against the kitchen bench). This has caused the dishwasher to be stopped in operation without realising. This should be redesigned so that there is more pressure required to select a button, and the buttons should be moved away from the grab handle as well due accidental selection.- The Active Dry function does not work effectively, this was one of our main purchase criteria. Using rinse-aid and selecting the optional Extra Dry mode does not yield satisfactory results, our 10yr old Dishlex (which blew-up) dried better than this unit. We had to replace a dishwasher that was so old, but had worked really well for us over the years. I tried to chose one as similar as I could to fit in the same place. This one fits and looks good. But it just doesn't work as well. The layout, in spite of the folding racks does not accommodate a wash from a family meal and on the 50 min wash there are always bits. I haven't tried the 30 min one yet, but assume that would be just a rinse.It dries plates well, but anything else needs wiping. Sometimes you wish the old machines could go forever!!!
It washes your dishes pretty well, as long as you don't mind it leaving heaps of water on them especially the plastics. Also the plastics often have tipped over (meaning the water spray is not very even) which didn't happen in our old dishwasher.We find it hard to load for a family of 4 - a full day (breakfast & dinner) plus kids lunch boxes etc doesn't completely fit. There's always something that has to be left out.I would say it suits a family of 2 or 3. Plus the cutlery basket has to go in its place - you can't adjust its location to fit more dishes.And the build quality is okay - except the bottom drawer has an annoying tendency to fall off its guide rails when opening and closing.Reasonably quiet, but not very water efficient (12L for a load).
