This was a great machine for the whole 2 days it lasted until it wouldn't spin any more. We then ended up getting it swapped for a different machine as they didn't have any more in stock and didn't have time to wait for Technician. We ended up going with a 10kg front loader bosch which has been great so far. Something to be aware of is because it's a 10kg machine don't think it's a big machine as this can't fit as much as the Westinghouse, I would recommend looking in shops if you can before shopping online as we would have picked a different machine if we had realised the size difference.

Westinghouse have well with this one! The 10kg capacity helps this busy Mum from a five person family complete a weeks worth of washing efficiently. Its so quiet when its washing and easy to program. The time delay function is the best, making sure clothes come out freshly cleaned and ready to hang out the minute I arrive home from work! As an added bonus the chime on it isnt obnoxiously noisy when its finished!!! I love it!!!

I bought my Westinghouse 10kg washing machine 6 months ago. We are a family of 6 with 4 sporty kids and lots of washing . I love the large opening and the large capacity drum. It washes really well on all cycles but I use the 59 min cycle the most. I use it at least 3 times per day. When I wash sheets and towels I use a longer cycle with a 90 degree temperature andI can fit all the bedding from my king size bed. I would definitely recommend it. I also love the add a garment feature.. very useful when you forget an item. I chose this machine based on the cheaper price and it has exceeded my expectations. Great machine for price, functionality and easy to use, it is also much quieter than my previous one which was a Hoover brand. 5 stars from me.

This is my first front load washer and I wish that I had purchased this washer the first time. Prior to this one I had a LG Top load washer, that doesn't even compare. I'm really enjoying having this machine and hope it will last for quite some time. The Bonus is that it has a 5 year warranty for service and parts.
After 17yrs of tireless work our Top Loader decided she would retire on us. Looking to purchase a new washing machine we settled on a Front Loader for the first time. We are more than satisfied with our purchase, great size , great water saving, variety of programs, spins clothes really well reducing the drying time and it's super quiet , you have to go check you actually turned the machine on !
I do a bit of airbnb, so needed to put large loads in washer. Had 6.5kg before, upgraded to this. Clothes come out cleaner and drier and machine takes a lot bigger load sizes. No complains there. But i wish it could wash my IKEA queen duvet in as well. Might need to upgrade to 14kg washer or something in future.
Unfortunately the machine that was delievered makes a very lound clicking, banging noise when the machine goes to its final spin cycle. I suspect that the machine was potentially damaged in transit and the drum is catching on something when it gets to a certain number of revoluations. Other than that, I think its a great machine. Hopefully the Westinghouse technicans identify the fault (I've arranged for a home visit) and the fault can be repaired/replaced.
This machine is very good, looks great, has a lot of wash options, easy to use... but I replaced my old 10kg LG machine with this one, and it is smaller. I can't fit anywhere near the amount of towels or anything in this one as I could my last. Other than that, it is a great machine, but next time I won't purchase online - I will go to the store, because I would have been able to see this machine is quite alot smaller than I need, even though it says it is a 10kg.
I have owned this washer for 5 weeks, the setting up is a little hard if you can't get down on your knees too easily, however if you can lean it a little onto each side the feet are reasonably easy to adjust by hand without the load on them. I purchased some anti vibration pads for the feet and it is well worth the investment about ($25) to remove the vibration generated when the spin cycle starts, the vibration isn't too bad but it helps a little. The machine is quiet in operation and for the majority of the spin cycles although there is a little noise generated at the 1400 rpm rate, this doesn't last long as this speed is only applied at the end of the spin cycle. Loving this machine so many options. Some are king so you have to work out what works for you. I use the 39 minute quick wash and the 1 hour wash depending in how soiled cloths are. The rinse and spin wash is very long for what it does so I use the 15 minute wash for that purpose if needed.
