We have in the past had Bosch (German) laundry appliances that have failed miserably our latest 10 kg washing machine lasted nearly 12 months maybe. Im sick of dealing with their service centre and excuses for $1600 plus machines. This Westinghouse machine that we have now has impressed us not only with price but functions and actually seems to wash more thoroughly. I would highly recommend this machine to anyone! Who is sick of Bosch machines to give Westinghouse a go!

Recently upgraded in size from 7kg to 9kg - really notice the difference. So much easier when washing bed linen. Machine has big port hole also which is more convenient when loading and unloading machine. 15 minute cycle is great!

Loving it so far! This is my first front loader as we have been a top loader family for the past 16 years. However I love all the features this machine has! It suits every single laundry need we have! Simple and easy to use, very quiet compared to our top loader and the washing comes out super fresh and clean.

Highly recommend this washing machine. It is that easy to use that my hubby can even use it lol. I love how quiet it is and how it has a 39 minute cycle and a 60 minute cycle for everyday washing but also has other cycles aswell. Also I love how big the drum is inside the washing machine.It washes great. We are about to do renovations to our house with another laundry being added and we will be buying another one of these washing machines.
Good machine, cleans the clothes well however leaves the clothes a lot wetter than my last machine and water collects in detergent dispenser so has to be emptied out after every wash otherwise it starts to smell. Also you have to wipe out around the seal as a lot of water collects in the bottom of the seal.First time front loader owner, not sure if this is common or not, but a bit annoying.
I struggled to get my head around what to get when my old washing machine started to die. Spoke to a wonderful guy at Erina who suggested this with the shelf to put it on. I bit the bullet and got it. Total game changer. Quiet and effective. Lots of cycle options including a quick one when I realise at 12pm I havent washed my shirt for tomorrow. And its saving me money on water and electricity. Do yourself a favour. Dont hesitate and just get it.
Still getting used to a front loader having used a top loader for many years. I believe there is a drawer that will raise the machine. The machine has lots of features. Mainly use the 39 min option which seems to do what we need. Was after an LG but none were available. Service guy recommended the Westinghouse equivalent. I like Westinghouse products.
My previous machine (Electrolux, made by the same company) was much better. It was quieter. This machine isn't ridiculously loud, but it's much louder than I'm used to. But my main issue is that it moves every single wash. It's definitely not suitable for a tight space, because it moves side to side and forward. Yesterday I had to move it 15cm after 1 load. Don't buy it if you have any mobility issues or aren't prepared to move back into place every single time. I have had it leak once through the door already (minor, I'd done several loads that day so I think it didn't like that). It does clean well. Spin sometimes needs a second round (mainly towels). Don't love it. But it does the job and once you've got a machine you're stuck with it
Highly recommend this washing machine. I love the fact it is so quiet. It has a 15 min & 39 minute quick washes aswell as plenty of other wash cycles. We are about to d renovations and I will be buying another one for the second laundry. Very easy to use.
Good workhorses. Cleans clothes well . Has two fast functions 39min & 15 mins although the the latter will probably need another spin . Spin cycle for other settings works very well . Happy with purchase .
