I have used wet brushes for years and love them. I loved the color of this brush so bought it and used it for a while! However, one day as I was brushing it just broke in half! Please note, I have VERY baby fine, thin hair. This is the only hairbrush that's ever broken while brushing in my 30 years of life. If it broke while brushing my hair, I am sure it would break much sooner for someone with thick or coarse hair.

I've always heard from salons that I have thick hair. But I've seen thicker hair so I don't personally think my hair is special. This brush will NOT go through my hair! It's almost like it slides over the surface of my hair instead of going through it. I even brush the top and underneath and I just can't get the brush to go THROUGH my hair instead of flattening and smoothing over it. So so annoyed I've heard great things about this brand. This is my first product from them and I'm not sold. I use this brush in the shower on my wet hair to pull conditioner through it. I'd recommend a brush with thicker and stiffer bristles if you have a problem like I do with brushes. Was not impressed.

This brush is by far the best brush for medium to long hair....everyone. After years of watching my daughter pull her long hair out trying to get the knots out of her hair with an ordinary brush, l decided to purchase the Wetbrush, it is amazing, it literally justs glides through her hair with little effort. It does not tug at the roots and is gentle enough to not scratch her scalp, which means less hair breakage. It is made from 100% plant-based plastic making it biodegradable which is great news for our environment. I would definitely purchase again.

I have thin hair that can be quite fragile and I kept experiencing a lot of breakage when brushing my hair. This brush has really helped to reduce how much this happens! I love the colours, love how gentle it is on my scalp, it’s lightweight, and I love the added bonus of it being eco-friendly / biodegradable. Yes it’s not as long lasting as thick plastic brushes, BUT I think it’s worth it. I bought my first one 2 years ago and use it aaaaall the time and it’s only just snapped on me. The 2nd one I bought (for travel) in Jan21 is still going strong :) about to repurchase another one to replace the snapped one. It would be good if the brand could improve the brush’s durability, but it’ll do me for the time being!
As a brush, it’s fine. Compared to other Wet Brushes, it’s bad. I used it twice and immediately ordered a different Wet Brush and I guess I’m going to give this one to Goodwill? It’s ridiculously heavy, has zero flex, and even the bristles don’t feel as nice going through hair as other Wet Brushes. Too bad because I liked that it was made from a plastic alternative.
I bought one Wet Brush before buying this and I absolutely loved it. It lasted forever and it didn’t pull or cause any breakage to my hair. I bought this one though just to replace my old one and after about a month the little green plastic beads on the end of each of the bristles started breaking off and they got EVERYWHERE. They’re all over my bathroom and were in my hair; it was absolutely terrible.
I bought the mini and had to go back to get the larger one. Yes the bristles are flexible but they are durable and the flexibility means my hair maintains some of the waviness even after brushing on day two. Other brushes make my hair look frizzy-puffy straight if I brush my hair while dry, this one does not. I have long, thick wavy hair (caucasian) if that helps anyone! also the leaf design, made out is recycled materials, and easy to clean features are bonuses (I love plants!)
The "classic" wet brush was already our go-to for our 4 year old little girl. I grabbed this on vacation just because they always get misplaced. Wow! The Go Green Detangler is definitely our favorite. No tangle spray needed. Glides through her hair..even messy beach hair. Went back for the regular size a few days later!

I typically stray away from this style with the slits in (rather than a solid or paddle wet brush), because they have proven to not be as solid for me. My husband got this as a gift for me, and I absolutely love the design and the color. Its so adorable. But, the brush broke on me within a few months. I have very long hair, and the leaf design cut outs in this brush would get my hair all wrapped in between. I would have to unwrap my hair from this before continuing to brush or it just rips my hair out. After about 3 months or less, one part of the brush cracked and snapped off. I loved this brush. It was AMAZING granted i had two and the both broke, BUT only after about a year of use so to me it was worth it because it was so light weight and gentle. The way it was designed allowed it you gently brush your hair applying more or less pressure. the brunch pictured on the ulta website was chefs kiss! the one they sent me that looks like a leaf, the "redesign", is garbage. It's so heavy, RIPS at my hair, the bristles stab you in the scalp and get so tangled. I have thinner straight hair and no brush has ever hurt THIS much to use. TERRIBLE REDESIGN! reinforce the old one so it doesn't break as much and re-release. It worked SO much better!
