I have been using True WPI 90 for about a year now and it's been amazing in helping me reach my protein targets when training. However, I recently bought my mum a bag of the Rich Chocolate as she has Trigeminal Myalgia (a very painful nerve condition in the face) which means a lot of the time she can't eat because it's too painful to chew. This is a great product - taste, texture and mixing are all top. Itās not sickly sweet like some powders, or grainy/gritty like others. I use this in dairy-based smoothies (ice, water, yoghurt, fruit) and it mixes really well. The delivery process of seamless, and I also impressed with the packaging; no large box with the bag rattling inside but rather neat packaging that fit the bag well. Great initiative to reduce waste. Well done True Protein, keep it up!

After trying every protein known to man I came to the conclusion that I just donāt like protein powders and that they would all have something about them that would make me have to mentally prep just to chug it down. I wish I had heard of True Protein a long time ago and I am so happy that I gave it a crack! I recently bought the french vanilla and rich chocolate and I will literally never try another brand . My long search is over and I cannot wait to work my way through the flavours. They are incredibly tasty, mix so well and donāt have whatever that weird taste is that all other proteins seem to have. I mix them into yoghurt, water, baking, smoothies etc and every time they are banging!

Glad I added the sample pack to my order last minute! I generally only buy vanilla protein powder, however thought Iād try something different. Pleased that I did as I have really liked the variety of flavours and will definitely purchase a few in the larger sizes.I have tried many different protein brands and have often found flavoured protein powders to be a bit artificial tasting or overpowering; I havenāt found this be the case at all with True Proteinās.Pleased I purchased the sample box and would recommend.

The taste isn't overpowering, just subtle. It's my go-to for a quick fix for brekkie on the run or an afternoon pick-me-up. It's thin and light with water in a shaker bottle with zero lumpiness. Easy to drink in zoom meetings because there's nothing to chew and no residue left on your teeth and tongue. When taken daily, I notice an increase in weights at every workout. When I miss a few days in a row, I struggle with keeping up with the last weight. I'm sold! My sensitive stomach is happy, muscles are growing and I get to keep my protein intake up. Tastes good too so it's a win/win/win!
This product has a lovely flavour with the right amount of sweetness. The natural sweeteners work well and don't leave a bitter aftertaste. I've tried a few different flavours and they are delicious. I've had them on their own mixed with water or almond milk, and I've also mixed them with fruits for a thick shake. My kids even like it. I've even mixed it into an ice cream consistency and had for dessert - thats a family winner. I can't recommend this product enough.
So, I've been using this brand for a while and have recently upped my intake to 2 scoops a day. I tried cheaping out and buying bulk nutrients version after a friend recommended it to me. It's almost half the price after all. I wish it wasn't so expensive. Anyway, I can tell you that these 2 products are not remotely the same. Bulk was so much more grainy in a shake, and had a really bad aftertaste could only be described as "chemically" and the vanilla flavour tasted so fake. I'm really sorry I wasted my money and I'm back to True. This is the best brand, especially if you also want add it to oats or pancakes.
This is my 4th sample box from True. I prefer getting a variety of different flavours than the one. Iām new to protein powders, and have not tried any other brands. I instantly fell in love. My body is really sensitive, but this does not make me bloated or inflamed. I do mix almond milk instead of water, which makes it taste a lot better. I donāt use social media so this was purely researched and re-purchased solely by myself. Highly recommend
Itās delicious! I canāt believe that itās also helping me in the gym! I look forward to my protein shake each day. I have recently switched to the vanilla flavor and to me - it tastes like an ice-cream. Without exaggeration. And with a banana added in!I started lifting weights a few months ago and realized I needed to give my body the nutrients and energy it needed if I was going to make any progress. WPI 90 fills me up and keeps me on track. Iām not looking back.
