Lovely affordable bed but the bedhead is not as large as the image so too small in my opinion. Also very difficult to put together with no assembly documents. When contacting T&W via chatbot, standard response was that a manual was on the website- but it wasn't. So thus far, the gas lift function is not properly installed. Quality of product is commensurate with the price.

Simply gorgeous. Incredibly easy to put together - the sides simply slot together and then you're done. It took me no more than 5 minutes from opening the box to completion, and It would have been less if I had a helper. It has been about 4 weeks now and there has not been any shedding of the boucle. Would recommend over and over again!

Beautiful bed, super happy with it. Only complaint is the instructions/tools needed to assemble.The direction of how parts needed to be wasn't clear, some of the instructions didn't say or include certain parts (part 26 was not mentioned in the worded instructions)Diagrams didn't give the right side where parts should be facing (I found the part has a numbered sticker, that sticker should face up to the ceiling)The tools like the wrench included easily bent and became impossible to use. You probably should have your own tool kit and use that plus the allen keys that come from the box to assemble. Have a friend with you as it helps with holding things whilst tightening and to have 2 sets of eyes on the instructions.

We recently purchased this frame and couldn't be happier with our choice. Assembly was a breeze, it's as sturdy as it is stylish, and pleasantly, it sits a bit higher off the ground than expected. The bed was said to arrive within 3 days after purchasing I was subject to and automatic message stating it could take up to two weeks. The bed is priced for affordability, the quality is too!Setting up with the wrong screw pack and additional frame pieces meant it was left imagination to construct. A heavy mattress does not allow the gaslight function to work. Currently the storage is useless, unless I have two people to help lift and close it safely.The bed head is less aesthetic and flimsy too, it does not look like the image as only 40 sms remains visible.see image the bear is there for relevance to show an adult can not sit in bed and have their head supported.

Lovingly this bed. The wood isn't the sturdiest but still good. The gaslift was a bit tricky to install and the instructions were annoying but got there in the end (called my dad to help) definitely a 2 man job. I purchased a mattress from here as well and it's 35cm thick i believe which is so comfortable but covers the bed head a bit too much u like the pictures so keep that in mind. Storage is great!

My daughter absolutely loves it! Really easy to put together. My husband was surprised he didn't need to help me. I too was surprised I put it together myself. I also got a less thicker mattress so you can see the bed head nicely. Just buy a thicker mattress topper.

Lovely bed. Aesthetically pleasing - goes well with my decor. This bed is in our guest bedroom. Bed frame - semi sturdy If you're using this bed as your daily bed everyday it would not last long time at all. The slates will split , as when you screwed in the nails most of them were splitting. But it will do us because no one does stay in our guest. Bed head is very flimsy but as mentioned not an issue for us. Easy assessable, easy instructions anyone can put this together!Love the fast delivery came within 3 days or ordering.

Hi, the gas lift bed was purchased for my youngest daughter for Xmas, the main attraction being under bed storage. We assembled it yesterday & love the bed, however, the gas lift doesn't hold. When raised, it falls back down & I'm concerned it's a safety hazard & will fall on her. How can we rectify the "gas" component to hold the bed up? Thanks,
