By the way the delivery courier also recommended them highly!Thank you for providing so much value for money.

Once I had used up the last of our Quilton and found enough places to stash the new rolls we began our crap journey. Firstly you get to read the wrapping, a nice little bonus, then used it on our fussy 10yr old son who is doubly incontinent. He had no reaction. He was quite happy with the new rolls and I must admit the adults in the house had the same reaction of not giving a crap. We haven’t got around to price checking yet but bearing in mind we were already buying the most expensive rolls already I think we will probably put it on automatic delivery once we work out how long it lasts. We gave a couple of rolls away to our son’s support worker, she had run out, and the family really liked it so they may be interested in ordering too. I found WGAC while searching for an eco alternative. It's much cheaper than other brands for the regular. Though it's not quite like what I was used to l had no issues transitioning. If you like thick plush TP you might opt for the premium bamboo. I love that they are plastic free and I can recycle or reuse the wrapping. Only issue is opening the roll for the first time and trying to unstick the first square, but it's honestly not a big deal. The rolls last just as long if not longer than other brands I've used. Overall I think it's good quality for the price point. Customer service is amazing and shipping is quick! Plus they have a great mission so I will continue to support this brand!

In love
17 August 2024

WGAC is my favorite toilet paper/ paper towels/ tissues! Whenever I use another brand now, I’m so disappointed! Firm and not too soft, while also being more eco friendly than a lot of other brands. I love that they tape boxes together when you order more than 1 product. It doesn’t compare! My only complaint is that I keep buying rolls right before limited editions go on sale. And then by the time I run out, the limited edition is gone! Or I wait until payday, and it’s all sold out! I know they’re limited, and I acknowledge that it’s a me problem, but I’m super bummed I keep missing them!

Not up to your usual high standards
29 January 2024

Having been a WGAC subscriber for years, I was very disappointed to receive the latest batch 6 rolls of thin, cheap kitchen roll. Have you changed production method recently? The current rolls are barely fit for purpose, and severely over priced considering how many are needed to do the normal absorbency work required of one sheet. They are so thin they fall apart upon meeting liquid, yet manage to resist tearing evenly off the roll every time. Very disappointed. Absolutely love the bamboo loo roll & tissues - keep up the good work there please.

Paper towel
24 March 2024

I've been trying for years to try and convert my husband to an eco-friendly paper towel as he uses it to dry his hands after the toilet, etc... he won't use hand towels for some reason, and he can't be retrained. He never liked the toilet paper wherever he managed to try some always complained it's too thin. When I heard that who gives a crap dose paper towel as well, I thought i had an opportunity to try and do somthing about the wasteful paper issue in our household had a look and found they also do luxurious bamboo toilet paper. I brought a small box of each towel paper and paper towel to "just try it out and see how it goes"While it is similar to the other products we use compared to strengthen and durability, the luxurious toilet paper never got a grumble... ... MoreI've been trying for years to try and convert my husband to an eco-friendly paper towel as he uses it to dry his hands after the toilet, etc... he won't use hand towels for some reason, and he can't be retrained. Product Changes
15 August 2024

I have purchased these recycled paper towels several times and love them! I ordered more and when they arrived I quickly noticed the product had changed. I had a roll from my previous order and compared them. New paper towel rolls are taller and weigh significantly less than previous rolls. They did last about the same amount of time with regular use, but the new towels are thinner and the pre-cut pieces are smaller. New towels work fine, but they don't feel as sturdy and I do feel like I have to use more towels. I still like them, I will still continue to use them in the future.

Such a disappointment
8 January 2024

I've had these before and I've been pleased with the quality. This time though I just can't believe how poor they are. I had hoped that it was a production problem and I gave a batch number so that it could be investigated. Although they said it was being looked into I was told that the towels were changed in November. These towels were the thinest cheapest towels I have ever had. I tried to pat dry chicken last night and ended up washing off the towels - they just stuck to the chicken and fell apart. Unless this was a glitch I just can't believe anyone would pay a premium price for these. I have had a refund and I don't believe the batch will be investigated. The quality of the toilet rolls have also been reduced.

There is no other toilet paper for me!
14 August 2024

I’ve been a loyal Who Gives a Crap user for five years. My bathroom is decorated in black and white specially to match the paper wrapping on my bamboo tp rolls! Their toilet paper and paper towels are great quality. The bamboo tp is the perfect blend of strength and softness - not sandpapery or too plushy and it doesn’t leave a dusty residue. The paper towels are strong and absorbent. I love the bulk delivery option, and with auto ship, I never run out. Their prices are comparable to other brands, and I’m getting a quality product and supporting a company that shares my values on sustainability and reducing human suffering, so it’s a win all around!

Who buys TP at the shop any more?
11 September 2023

I’ve been using WGAC for years. The bamboo rolls are silky but even the recycled stuff is soft and thick being 2-ply. It’s great value for money, my double length tp rolls come in at 1.25 each and last for over a week! They are individually wrapped in colourful paper (because plastic is a dirty word) which I keep to wrap presents and for the kids to do arts & crafts. Shipping is free for deliveries over $30 almost everywhere - this does not include me which means I get charged a flat rate of $8, but it’s always on my doorstop within ‘days!’ I also chuck a box of paper towels onto my delivery which is included in the same shipping fee. They also have the refer a friend program which gives both me and my friend $10 off - so there’s some free shipping, and a 100% money ... MoreI’ve been using WGAC for years. What’s more, they have a great sense of humour, something that’s really needed these days! Thanks for giving a crap WGAC!
