I am a huge fan of this brand. I have been using the multivitamin for women for a few years now and I feel so great on them. Going to start trying for a baby soon so decided to switch to the prenatal and have no complaints. The size of the capsule is quite large, that is the only disadvantage.

I hate these pills. They are the size of horse tranqualizers and I've allmost choked on them twice now. Caught them up all over my computer along with the water left in my moth that I was trying to swallow them with. They defenitely are anxiety inducing with their enourmous size and being so hard to swallow. Smell and taste is equally bad. They do get points for extracting their vitamins from real food, though. I guess making it natural like that makes it harder to also make something that doesn't taste aweful. Most of the vitamins and minerals are in lesser amount then some of the other prenatals I've tried, though. I personally much prefer Garden of life, Vitamin Code Prenatal vitamins that's also sold on iHerb. Won't be bying these again. So grateful I only have ... MoreI hate these pills. I'm not usually one to go for this kind of thing, but after I found out I was pregnant, I decided that it was time to start taking prenatal vitamins. It's been a lifesaver! My energy is back up and my hair has started growing back too. It's worth the expense for the health of myself and our baby. The only negatives would be the size and taste. These are rather large pills which can be a bit difficult to swallow. They also dissolved quickly leaving a very bitter taste. But overall I am satisfied because it not only helped my pregnancy but also didn’t leave me nauseated. I took these every other day instead of daily because I had another prenatal that had slightly different ingredients and ratios so I alternated between the two.
I love the formulation of this Prenatal. It really is the best on the market! ( and believe me, I have scoured the ingredients list of all of the multis available) I am taking this product currently. I have come to resent taking it as it has a sulfury/fishy (must be the seaweed?) taste, even when I'm just putting it in my mouth before taking some water. I now have to take it with juice and put the juice in my mouth before adding the pill... the taste is that bad! It's not hard to swallow but the lingering taste is off-putting enough to switch brands... I now use this only once a day and am switching to another brand for the second dose as I can only handle taking this pill once a day at most... its too bad because the ingredients are top tier . !
I have been using this prenatal for a long while now. Was also told was a great vitamin by my naturalpath. The taste is fine... I have found some pretty disgusting ones. These ones didn't bother my stomach like some other brands and actually made me less nausiated compared to some other brands. I have a terrible time swallowing pills and these are a bit on the bigger size but not bad. I find one a day ones crazy big. A great product that I would highly recommend.
I like this product overall. I want a multivitamin with Quatrefolic and vitamin A only with Beta carotene form. This fits perfect which is hard to find. The only downside is the pills too big to swallow. I prefer small ones. Take two pills per day. The smell is o.k to take not great. I wish this works well.
I recommend this prenatal. I did a lot of research before I started taking prenatals and I really like this one. I didn’t have any negative side effects while taking it before, during and after pregnancy (still taking them currently while I breastfeed). It is also affordable compared to other whole food prenatals (i.e Baby and Me - which is so so expensive). I did take an additional DHA pill while taking these.
I started taking this prenatal after the one I normally use became back-ordered, and I have not been disappointed! I was worried that they would make me nauseous, or that the iron would be constipating, but that was not the case! If I had to complain about ANYTHING, it would just be that the taste and smell is a little off-putting. But otherwise, I am extremely happy!
These vitamins from NF turned out more suitable for my body. After only several days of taking (2-3 days approx.), it completely discouraged my pathological cravings for sweets. And I really feel more energetic now. At first I experienced a kind of reboot, but then I really liked this feeling of energy and lack of hunger. Now I am very hesitant what to choose next: either Garden of Life vitamins which also work very correctly, precisely, but more gently or this vitamins from Natural Factors " whole earth and sea" from which I feel energetic and do not want to overeat and eat sweets. It has become even easier to do fitness, including volumes go away faster. The soft option is most often of course preferable. But on the other hand if there is a shortage of something ... Of the minuses, in my opinion, there is the small amount of vit B2, B3, B6, C, but it can be obtained additionally from food. There is no biotin at all. And there is the critical shortage of iodine. But on the other hand there are the good amount of vit B12 and chromium and how well they are absorbed by the body!!! There is also good and correct amount of methyltetrahydrofolate. I decided for myself - I would take these vitamins until "get enough" because my body clearly liked it, and then perhaps I would switch to a milder option or I would strengthen "Whole Earth and Sea" with iodine and biotin. Basically only iodine is not enough here. Thank You Very Much For Your Work!
