Having tried and been disappointed by stoneground flour in the past, I was a little hesitant to give this one a go. The moment I started kneading the dough I was won over. It's fine and smooth, with a beautiful colour and smell. The finished loaf of bread was so good it was a struggle not to eat the entire loaf. I feel as though I've never actually tasted bread before now. I'll absolutely be buying this again, and trying more from Wholegrain Milling. Consider me extremely impressed, and I love the company's dedication to a quality product.
