This is how my family can enjoy sweets without the guilt of calories or insulin spike. The kids can’t tell the difference in desserts and I know they aren’t overloaded on sugar. I use it to make chocolate and to bake for my diabetic father, keto diet for my husband, and my particular palette. Most sweetener substitutes leave a bad flavor, cooling sensation, or disgusting taste flavor. This can be used 1:1 for any recipe in place of maple syrup, honey, corn syrup etc. The only shame is how expensive these alternate sugars cost, but iherb has the best price so I buy in bulk when I order.

Very happy with the high quality of the ingredients and the package size. The taste is acceptable and this product is suitable for and benefits my low carb diet. The ingredients are keto-friendly, making this a great option for those following a low-carb or ketogenic diet. I also love these which satisfy my cravings without all the sugar. The only downside is that they can be a bit pricey, but the quality and taste definitely make them worth it.

I'm in love with this stuff. Finally, I can bake again! Unlike every other non-sugar sweetener, this does NOT exacerbate my IBS symptoms. It's versatile, has a good flavor (less sweet than regular sugar, but no aftertaste, no cooling sensation in the mouth, tastes just like a simple syrup). It bakes beautifully, as well as working poured over things and put into drinks. The only downside is how freaking expensive it is, given you have to use a little more than you would of sugar for a given recipe. I need it to come in gallon-sized containers.

I love this! It is my new fave low carb diet sweetener - allulose is very versatile. Apart from it caramelizes easily, it tastes amazing too. No bitter after taste unlike stevia. A must have around the house if you are on a low carb diet. Please click the like button and thank you for doing so
I love that this tastes very similar to agave but is zero calories. Unfortunately, this gives me a stomachache when ingested raw (such as mixed with a drink). I have also used it in cooking and baking as sugar substitute and it was fine. Allulose in high quantity can cause upset stomach, but in my case it caused it nonetheless in small quantity, when taken in raw form. I will continue yo use it, but it’s not a great sugar alternative for me as I have to use it very sparingly.
I have been on keto for almost a year, and to be frankly, yes there are plenty of sweetners, but for me they all taste disgusting!I tried a lot of brands, and I even gave up on them because they tasted soo artificially and terrible, and I am a honey taste lower. This one is amazing, Fisrt of all, Allulose is considered the best sweetner replacement, it doesn't affect your insuline at all, so it has a lot of benefits, it's a naatural subtitute, the taste is so much alike agave, I really love it.I am gonna rebuy it in bulk I think. I leave in France and here you can't find it, but I'm obsessed. Even if I am not on keto enymore, this one wons my heart, wero calorie, excellent taste, good for health! Truly recommend. It's quite small I think for this price, but ... MoreI have been on keto for almost a year, and to be frankly, yes there are plenty of sweetners, but for me they all taste disgusting!I tried a lot of brands, and I even gave up on them because they tasted soo artificially and terrible, and I am a honey taste lower. WOW! This stuff is AMAZING!!! I've been low carb for 5 years, off and on, and have struggled to adapt to other sugar-free sweeteners as they were either unhealthy or they had really bad aftertastes or cooling effects. As someone who has a sweet tooth but wants to keep sugar out of my diet, I was struggling to find a balance. Then, I tried this (and the powdered form). How is it zero calories?! How does it not spike blood sugar?!?! This is by far THE BEST sugar alternative I have found. It is less sweet than real sugar, so you need more of it to get the exact sweetness you may be used to with real sugar. However, I have noticed my tolerance for super sweet things has gone down so this is perfect for me. I've added it to coffee, tea, chia pudding, and I look forward ... MoreWOW! If you're not happy with the aftertaste and cooling effects of other low carb/keto sweeteners, then you MUST try this Allulose. If you were going to choose just one, I would say the granular form is more versatile as you could easily do a cinnamon & sugar topping on low carb/keto baked goods, like muffins, etc. The granules dissolves perfectly, making it ideal for any recipe. I have both as I find they each has their uses and I love that it's non-GMO! Not all brands of Allulose are created equal, so watch for other added ingredients!
