I use it to make chocolate and to bake for my diabetic father, keto diet for my husband, and my particular palette. Most sweetener substitutes leave a bad flavor, cooling sensation, or disgusting taste flavor. This can be used 1:1 for any recipe in place of maple syrup, honey, corn syrup etc. The only shame is how expensive these alternate sugars cost, but iherb has the best price so I buy in bulk when I order.

Very happy with the high quality of the ingredients and the package size. The taste is acceptable and this product is suitable for and benefits my low carb diet. The ingredients are keto-friendly, making this a great option for those following a low-carb or ketogenic diet. I also love these which satisfy my cravings without all the sugar. The only downside is that they can be a bit pricey, but the quality and taste definitely make them worth it.

I'm in love with this stuff. Finally, I can bake again! Unlike every other non-sugar sweetener, this does NOT exacerbate my IBS symptoms. It's versatile, has a good flavor (less sweet than regular sugar, but no aftertaste, no cooling sensation in the mouth, tastes just like a simple syrup). It bakes beautifully, as well as working poured over things and put into drinks. The only downside is how freaking expensive it is, given you have to use a little more than you would of sugar for a given recipe. I need it to come in gallon-sized containers.

I love this! It is my new fave low carb diet sweetener - allulose is very versatile. Apart from it caramelizes easily, it tastes amazing too. No bitter after taste unlike stevia. A must have around the house if you are on a low carb diet. Please click the like button and thank you for doing so
I love that this tastes very similar to agave but is zero calories. Unfortunately, this gives me a stomachache when ingested raw (such as mixed with a drink). I have also used it in cooking and baking as sugar substitute and it was fine. Allulose in high quantity can cause upset stomach, but in my case it caused it nonetheless in small quantity, when taken in raw form. I will continue yo use it, but it’s not a great sugar alternative for me as I have to use it very sparingly.

I have both as I find they each has their uses and I love that it's non-GMO! Not all brands of Allulose are created equal, so watch for other added ingredients!
