Wiley's Finest, Wild Alaskan Fish Oil, Easy Swallow Minis, 450 mg, 60 Softgels

I dont like fish and all I take here and there is multivitamins. I started taking fish oil with my son who deals with anxiety because a doctor told us that it would help him. Since I deal with social anxiety and just basic anxiety also I figured why not take it too. My son and I were soooo scared. I'd heard stories of burping up fish oil and how gross it is but this brand was amazing. You would never know you had taken any. The liqui-gels are a little big but they are pretty easy to swallow. You wont burp anything up and it doesnt taste like anything. I was stoked that it has DHA, EPA and Omega 3- 1000mg. Love, love, love these easy swallow minis. I’ve bought these several times now, and I herb always has the best price and shipping time for them. Around age 3 yrs my kids learn to swallow capsules, these minis are the perfect size for kids, even though they are marketed towards adults. I originally started buying these to help with my kid’s brain health. They have zero after taste of fish and I have definitely noticed a difference in my kid’s behavior after months of taking these.

Good source of Alaskan Fish oil

I was hoping, given their description as "easy swallow minis", that they would be smaller than they are because I have a problem with swallowing. But they are manageable. The "450 mg" refers to the size not the amount of EPA & DHA. What I most appreciate is that they are certified by an external authority as being sustainable seafood. And the waters in Alaska must be some of the cleanest in the world, hence a good source of fish. I am happy with this product.

Perfect for cat

My cat has some rare autoimmune disease that needs intensive nutrition support. I have been looking at the fish oils for cats. But they are mostly at lower doses. And my cat needs high dose to get the immuno-boosting effect. So I started to look at the human ones. Most of them are too massive to feed, this is the only brand I found reasonable in every way. My cat has been taking it for almost 2 months and it’s working great!
