Normally I would have returned these but due to time pressures I had to install. Unacceptable wood used (should have been picked up at QC at the factory) with massive bow (over 20mm bow in the middle) and full of cracked knots. A little of either of these is OK but for the price disgraceful. I have all the right clamps to pull it together but most people would struggle to assemble.

The picture implies the treads come with it, so I was disappointed that it is only the sides. That should be made clearer on the website where you order it.

I ordered 2 sets of stringers kits one was really good and all the cut outs were great. The second set was as rough as guts. It looked like the it was done with a chisel. I had to redo one just to get the steps to fit into the cut outs. Very disappointed

For the ease of installation this product is great. Value for money I don’t think so, especially when the treads need to be purchased separately.

We needed a solution to access our pool area to a treated pine retaining wall. The step kit and treads were too easy to put together and install. Great product!
Putting the steps together was so easy
Purchases these steps two weeks ago but have not put them together yet. But they look great, smell good and I'm painting them now in anticipation of construction.. Fast delivery and good communication.
Evrything lines up. Well made and solid. Wish pilot holes were drilled for screws
