Introducing the Ultra Team v4! Like the previous version, this stick offers explosive acceleration and easy power to intermediate players. Featuring a thick 23-26-21mm beam profile, the Ultra Team not only feels stable through impact but it also converts more of your stroke's energy into raw power. At under 300 grams strung the Ultra Team is great for scrambling on defense, hitting shots on the run or reacting quickly at net. For 2022 Wilson adds its uniquely flexible FORTYFIVE weave to the carbon fiber layup. This technology not only helps the racquet bend in ways the compliment topspin mechanics, but it also provides a welcomed boost in pocketing and comfort. Other updates include a reengineered beam, including a thinner shaft for speed. Ultimately, by adding a more arm-friendly response, this update from Wilson checks all the right boxes. Intermediate players looking for easy power and spin should give this racquet a serious look!

I bought this for my picky 14 year old who is in a rigorous tennis program and had tried it and was asking for it for weeks! It is a serious, really attractive racket. I spoke with customer service who was super polite and helpful and it arrived as promised.

I fell in love with this racket when I got it. The cosmetics are extremely nice and the racket itself is great. I have improved my game with this racket. I am so excited for the other rackets from Wilson.

My racket of choice! I love it. Great feel, power and control. I wish the paint job/ quality was better. I've had paint chip from framing the ball! The scratches and chips expose a white mark in sharp contrast to the og paint. I also use the older version. I like the feel of the old one even better. But I prefer the weight of the new one which seems heavier even though they are advertised at the same weight I think.

Paint is chipping off bad (and I baby all my racquets). Switched from a Babolat Pure Drive Plus. Similar feels. Love the serve with both rackets. Groundstrokes are similar. Babolat wins the paint comparison because it doesn't chip off but I'll give the advantage to the Wilson Ultra CV over my old Babolat Pure Drive Plus do to much better feel on the volleys. Strung with a co-polyester mono-filament with a twisted heptagonal cross-section at 50 pounds and loving it.
This racket is exactly the upgrade I needed. My husband has always played with Wilson’s and encouraged me to make the switch. The look and feel are excellent and I’ve really enjoyed getting to play with this racket. Also, the weight has been helpful for my form!
This probably isn't the racket's fault, but this racket with multifilament strings strung at 55 was fine for the first month or so, even though I felt a lot of vibration. Then my elbow started getting sore. Then I had to take a full month off to let my elbow rest. I'm going to try it with some natural gut strung at 52, but if that doesn't work I'll have to look at purchasing a more arm-friendly racket. Overall, it's not a bad racket - control and spin were fine, just not the racket for me. For the record, I'm a 60-year-old female, who used to play very competitively at a high level.
Very happy with this new masterpiece. The finish is shining superb. Good control and powerful.
I switched from the blade to the CV Ultra, had horrible golfers elbow from the Blade. All elbow issue went away with the Ultra and the feel and power I am getting has even improved. Have no complaints with the performance of the racquetOnly downside is the Paint! Racquet looks like I have had it 5 years, instead of a couple of months. Chipped and scratched all over, I wish there was a way to repair it. If you are instantly bothered by chips and nicks on the racquet over performance you may not want to consider this one
The Wilson Ultra 103s is a great racquet. It's relatively lightweight and its 103 square inch head offers a large sweet spot and extra power, while its 16 main strings and 15 cross strings create the Wilson Spin Effect technology that helps impart topspin on shots that help control the racquet's power and keep balls in the court. The racquet is also relatively stiff and this helps to deliver power on both groundstrokes and serves, yet the racquet is lightweight enough to be very maneuverable at the net and offers great touch on volleys. The maneuverability also makes the overhead smash a super easy shot to use for closing out points. I give the Wilson Ultra 103s a 9 of 10 rating. I highly recommend this racquet to both male and female players of all skill levels. ... MoreThe Wilson Ultra 103s is a great racquet. The actual weight for mine is 9.85 unstrung. This is pretty good for Wilson. I have been using the Ezone 105 7th gen so this is a departure from and oversize frame. The Ultra 100L 4th gen feels really good on all strokes. It is easier to hit through a one hand backhand. All in all, it's an excellent racquet.
