I already have one WIZ globe in my bedroom which I love. I purchased this one for my front porch and have used it to schedule the light to automatically turn on at certain times. Easy set-up and works great with my google assistant. Will purchase another for my backyard light.
Really hard to operate with iPhone and Siri Shortcuts. Even struggled with the app on iPhone. Not worth the head ache if setting up in a smart home with iPhone. Best to avoid and go another option.
The WIZ bulbs are nice, when they work.I am talking about the initial setup which is quite finnicky and challenging. But once everything is connected they work really well.They also seem to lose their minds and need to be re-registered which as per my last sentence can be pretty annoying.Otherwise they work well, and are priced really well too.
Download the app but despite trying new and old phone they wont pair to any device.Returned and bought a reputable brand which work seamlessly.
I have bought 5 of these Wiz Smart Bulbs for the house and absolutely love it. Works with my google home and now everybody at home is changing colours all the time.That’s probably a bad thing huh? Lol.But in all seriousness. It’s great.
I run Google Home and Alexa smart speakers. Came home to find both unable to control the bulbs. Routines didn't trigger etc. App had all lights unavailable.When they do work, awesome. However I've had about four such outages this.month.
Have seven scattered around the house, for about a year now. They work excellent. Have them tu9on before I come home and over a holiday using the app.
