In essence, this product is great. It looks great and has accurate temperatures, which are useful for different applications (tea, cooking, etc.). However, the biggest disadvantage is that it will start to look quite ugly once scaling (Kalk-Buildup) starts to occur. It requires quite regular cleaning or emptying after every use to assure it stays looking good.The build quality could also be improved, as it looks sturdier than it really is.Furthermore, my version seemed to have broken after only 2 months of use, so I'll be sending it to be fixed by Glaxus, free of charge under the warranty.However, for Chf 100.-, one could not ask for much more. It serves its purpose and seems to work as intended. I have even purchased a second one for our new apartment.

I had read the other reviews highlighting the annoying beeping noise before purchasing, but was seduced by the brand name, size, functionality and sleek looks.I underestimated how annoying the beeping really is. I can confirm that my heart rate shoots up to 90+ BPM every time I try to make tea. Tea should make your life better. This teakettle might just reduce your lifespan (well, mine).
Very good KitechenMinis.Made from glass, it means not from plastic (PET), which is a poison for our body.It has the whole set of temperatures to set, 60 - 100 Centigrade.The only disadvantages is that even if it doesn't work (StandBy mode) it still emits strong electromagnetic field (PEM).It would be easily avoided but the engineer didn't design it to avoid it.
There's a couple issues with this kettle. It's like it has one job: you click the temperature and the water gets heated to that temperature. However, this is not how these people designed it. You need to click two buttons. First the temperature, then the power button.Secondly, you can't just click the buttons until you feel the tactile click. You need to hold the button down for 1-2secs before the press gets registered.Thirdly, once the water is heated, the kettle will beep. Now that could be fine. However, the kettle will keep beeping until you remove the kettle from the platform. What if you are attending to something else, your hands are contaminated or are taking a leak? You'll have to listen to that annoying beep.‍♂️. At least the water gets heated.
