We love Greenpan woks! This is our 3rd and of course it works beautifully. First one lasted about 5 years before food started sticking. That’s the longest we’ve ever had from a nonstick pan if any sort. Second one was great for about 9 months before we killed it by accidentally leaving it empty on the induction cooktop. No sign of any damage but the next morning the wok ate more of my scrambled eggs than I did. The excess heat had obviously destroyed the nonstick properties of the wok. It would be nice if the surface was a bit more robust but this was clearly user error and didn’t stop me from ordering a replacement from Greenpan.
