Woll Diamond Lite Fixed Knob Safety Glass Lid 18cm

I had found it great until it completely disintegrated under the hot water tap after being in the oven.I greatly appreciated Woll's quick response in replacing it and emailing additional information. I hope this one will be excellent and reliable.Thank you,Gill Trebilco

Excellent lid

Love this lid because of the stainless steel trim which protects the glass edge. Although I don’t have a Woll pan I bought this lid to fit another brand of pan. This pan had an entirely glass lid which despite taking care kept chipping. After replacing it twice I was delighted to find this lid. Fits perfectly and a good price.

Letting off Steam

I'm delighted with this lid. When I bought the frying pan I did not get a lid as well. In the end I realised I needed it. The pan heats up much faster and the lid does not stem up during cooking so I can see what is going on.

Love all Woll

We have 3 different sizes frying pans at home and we have given a few as presents. I was horrified when i dropped and broke the lid of my biggest pan but i soon realized i could order another one on line. The replacement lid arrived 3 days later. That's a great service. Thanks a lot.

Not dis-satisfied

My cookware is brilliant, the lid replacement came in a satisfactory time frame. Thanking you. I am some what hesitant with the lid, as it shattered into pieces. Am very careful with high heat resistant cookware, so was unsure what the cause was.

Persistent

It's a saucepan lid - what do you want me to say? I dismissed your first request for a review but it's obvious you're going to persist until I post something.

Quick replacement

I inadvertently dropped my pan lid onto a tiled kitchen floor. It shattered into a million pieces I am sure. The replacement was very quick though. It arrived two days later. As I use both my pans as a casserole as well as for numerous other recipes, I was very pleased to have the lid in such short timeThank you.

Safety Glass Lid

Thank you so much for sending another lid for the pan. We accidentally dropped the lid a year ago, and did not know we could get it replaced for free. Very much appreciated.

Woll round safety glass lid

The incorrect size lid was in the box on purchase. Woll staff have sent me the correct size lid. Communications with staff were efficient and polite at all times. Good result.
