I have pushed on with awful frying pans for years and a friend recommended this one, so I indulged! So glad I did, it's fantastic - it does exactly as promised...it needs a small amount of fat, nothing sticks, food cooks so much better, goes from the hob to oven, is easy to clean...what more does anyone need! I pretty much use this for every meal now, all I need in addition is my steamer really. I don't even bother putting it in the cupboard, it just sits on the hob in ready position! It is a shade heavy, but this isn't an issue for me...it could be for anyone with weak wrists/arms. I'm using it on a ceramic hob with no issues at all.

A brilliant frying pan, nice weight to it not overly heavy so easy to hold, lovely firm handle when attached and so easy to remove if you want to. Excellent glass lid with the vent for the steam to escape.Nice size to use for various meals, as it's deep enough to turn the food and no worries of it spilling over the top of the pan when stirring your food. Can even use it to cook a small roast in the oven which is great.Love that the heat is distributed evenly when cooking, brilliant non stick pan which is superb, washes so easy.The pan is so versatile for oven or hob use.One very happy customer, I love it and I highly recommend it.

WOLL ! What can I say .. We've been using these pans long before they became popular in the UK. This is my second 32cm saute pan and because it covers the entire circular ring on the Aga - there is no heat loss. Cooks food to perfection every time, easy to clean and fits perfectly in the oven. I bought my daughter the smaller size and she also says it is the best pan ever. Well worth the money !!! I now need a bigger pan cupboard to house my collection.

All round fantastic pan. I love the fact you can put it in the oven, hardly needs washing up the non stick surface is so good. I have thrown out all my frying pans, this is the only one I need, perfect size for the Aga.Brilliant service from Beth at Blake and Bull, she kept me informed about delivery as they were out of stock when I ordered. I’ve just had a kitchen remodel and changing gas for induction, I had to replace most of my pots and pans. I asked for a full set of Tefal Ingenio as a birthday present, and I thought that the idea of a removable handle was true genius.It took much longer to find a worthy replacement for my favourite large, deep pan, which I used for lots of favourite recipes and fully loaded Sunday brunch frittatas. Despite the exorbitant price, the Woll pan seemed like a good choice, and it also had a detachable handle. I fretted quite a lot after buying it, that it would be too large for my new NEFF induction hob, but the 32cm pan is a lot larger at the top than at the base, so it fits well on the “burners”. Yes, this was expensive but like some of the other reviewers I am using this virtually every day. The size I purchased is excellent for the two of us. Simply love it! Because I have turned the AGA off for the summer I am using it on my small induction hob that comes out for the warm months and it is fine unlike my previous similar AGA pan which doesn't work on the induction hob.
This is my favourite frying pan in all time! Even on a small electric hot plate the heat spreads so well to all sides of the pan. The detachable handle is wonderful to put the pan and lid in the aga oven and just so useful for everything from risotto to frying veg or fritters. The only drawback is if you are serving the food straight from the pan it’s a bit heavy holding it with one hand but definitely lighter than the AGA or ale Creuset frying pans. You can even use metal utensils in the pan but I tend to use a wooden spoon or spatula anyway. Still merits five stars for excellence despite non light weight.
This has to be the best frying pan I have ever found! It's a reassuring weight. The removable handle is a huge bonus to enable certain meals to be placed in the oven to finish off and I've never come across such amazing non-stick capabilities. I'm currently using it on an lpg hob while awaiting the construction of my new kitchen and installation of my four oven Aga. As always, the service is sublime, communication first class and the love hearts and personalised card is something I look forward to every time I order from Blake and Bull. I have never had a frypan of this quality before. It’s the best pan ever! The pan (with detachable handle) + lid give the versatility to quick fry, shallow fry, sauté, and bake all in one. The price was less than half RP. Amazing! Thank you Myer! ❤️
Excellent pan, heats up beautifully, cooks beautifully and cleans up beautifully afterwards. Only drawback for me is that I swithered over which size to buy, plumped for the big 32cm one and then discovered that it does not fit in my Aga oven! Gah! Should have measured first, of course, but it didn't occur to me. Since you cook most things in the oven with the Aga, this will sadly seriously limit its usefulness. Ah well, may have to put the smaller one on my birthday list next month!
