Hello, I am very pleased, with my purchase of this beautiful, Banks Pump shoe. It’s true to size. I wear a size 9M shoe. I bought a size 9W in the dark gold, thinking it would help with the pointed toe, but not necessarily.Size 9W gave me a little more room, almost too much. The 9M fit was good. I am 65yrs. old, praise the Lord, so I need support, comfort, and style, and this shoe Fit-The-Bill, literally:)I also purchased this shoe in a pink 9M they were sold out of 9W.Thank you, Neutralizer & Nordstrom.

I have a lot of foot issues and have to wear “sensible “ shoes which can look very frumpy. I need nice looking shoes to wear with a dress for an upcoming wedding. I thought that I would take a chance with these shoes as Naturalizer is one of the few brands that I can wear. Oh my, these shoes are so comfortable I can’t believe I can wear a pointed toe! The heel is perfect too as I have back issues and cannot wear a high heel anymore. The sling back is perfect as one of my feet is a half size smaller than the other so I can adjust the back to fit both feet perfectly. The colour is a perfect nude for me. Love, love, love this shoe.

After years of clunky flats and low heels due to several different foot and ankle issues, I was delighted to find this shoe that looks dressy without hurting me. Although normally a M width, I ordered the W in my size to accommodate a worsening bunion and ended up with enough space to wiggle my toes even in a pointed silhouette. I have several weddings coming up and my test wears at the office and home suggest I can handle 8 hours in these, and even dancing. My only slight disappointment is that this style will not hold an arch support orthotic in place, thus my 4 star rating for comfort. I look more elegant in a cocktail dress when I can wear something dressier than a ballet flat. I was just thinking last night about ordering this in one or two more colors.
The width options on these make them the most comfortable pair of dress shoes I’ve ever owned! My first time buying (or even seeing) narrow shoes, that don’t look orthopedic. The pointed toe made me nervous to buy a narrow size, but I went 1/2 size up from what I typically buy, and the fit is amazing. I bought the silver, which are super fun & don’t look cheap. These are very simple and elegant. Silhouette works well if you’re attempting the whole quiet luxury look, without the budget to match. & If you’re used to choosing between pinched toes or your shoes falling off as you walk, buy these! I bought these a week ago and just received them in the mail. Initially, I loved the shoes out of the box as they didn't squeeze my toes into the box and overall felt comfortable. Unfortunately, when I went to put on the shoes one morning I found the top of the shoe had major creases in it and when I tried to walk in them the straps fell off over and over again. The leather creases up, as the pleather is very poor quality and it looks like I've been wearing them for three months when I hadn't even worn them out of the house once. I will be returning and will be cautious about buying anything from Naturlizer in the future.
I have a narrow foot and these shoes work as a semi-flat slingback for me. I'm petite and I don't really like a true flat, (ballerina style) but I like the look of a pointed toe, simple design, easy walk-in, shoe. This shoe crosses the line into a day office wear and also levels up the look with a pair of wide leg jeans and a nicer top. It is very affordable as well. It does not hold up with constant wear but I did get multiple pairs so I can alternate. Essential in the nude and black and the silver is a nice semi dress option.
I was a little surprised that every review said they run true to size. I am a true 7.5 with one foot asymmetrically smaller and my heels were hanging off the back on both shoes. I almost never have to order up to an 8 in a small heel, only flats. I liked that they are leather upper and the shoe had a nice quality to it overall, and they are cute, but it felt more like a $60 shoe than $100 shoe to me or at least the type of item that you'd buy on sale. They also hit exactly where my new post-partum bunion is on my left foot and I wasn't convinced the next size up would make that go away, so I decided not to go through the hassle to exchange it.
After a rash of orders that didn’t work for me, these little darlings are a total hit. I grabbed the pink as they were on sale but will order another color or maybe even two. That sounds excessive, but that’s how cute they are. I was in San Francisco today for an appointment and and walked quite a bit and even ran to catch a light- they didn’t slip off or hurt or pinch or anything. Plus, the nurse complemented me immediately when she brought me back from my appointment. That always cute. Anyway they really are cuter in person. I was completely prepared to return them, but will just buy more instead. Haha
