I Switched to sketches 7 years ago for the comfort indoor ability plus wonderful styles and fit. Just recently purchased the archfit. Many injuries and complications to my feet and now recently diagnosed with gout arthritis that affects the big toes and rest of the feet excruciating pain. Archfit is the best sneakers of all that I have ever purchased. Comfortable, But I am also flafted and it feels like I'm walking on air . I decided to purchase another pair in a different color

I have been wearing Brooks Ariel's for years and using them when I go on 3 mile walks. I went to DSW to find a walking shoe to replace my Brooks Ariel. DSW does not carry Brooks Ariel shoes and a DSW staff person suggested Skechers. I tried on a number of different running and walking shoes and finally tried on the Skechers GOwalk Arch Fit shoe. It's true to size, I wear a size 8 and purchased a size 8. The width is perfect because I'm a narrow to medium width. If you have a wide foot, then this shoe may not be the right fit for you. The arch support is good and I have been wearing these shoes for everyday wear. I found that my Brooks Ariel's give me much better support on my 3 mile walks than these Skechers. I wish DSW carried Brooks Ariel's.

Wear my "Unify" all day every day for over 6 months now. Still holding up well. Very comfy without being clunky (they don't make me trip over my own feet). The breathable mesh knit helps keep feet cooler. I don't like my shoes to be tight, so they are tied loosely enough that they are like "Slip-ins". Laces are long enough, and these stay tied. Soles are cushy, arch support is adequate. Inner soles are removable. I'll be back for more so please don't discontinue them!

These are, hands down, the best athletic shoes I've ever worn. I took up walking four months ago and walk about 7-8 miles a day (for fun and health!). That's a lot of walking and I chose these shoes because the description said they were designed by podiatrists specifically for walking comfort especially for people with a higher arch. They absolutely feel like walking on a cloud. My foot feels supported but it's like there's a cushion under my whole foot. It's amazing when you're walking and don't have any sense that you have shoes on and have ZERO discomfort.I love these so much I hopped back online after two months (420 or so miles of walking) and bought TWO pair so I would be sure to have replacements. I actually love this pair of shoes. The cushions of the shoes are great! Unfortunately, the pair I received wasn't a perfect pair: the inside of the top of the right side shoe was irritating the back of my right foot. More accurate, the irritating part was the close to the bottom of my smallest and the second toes. I have been purchasing Sketchers shoes for years, so I knew this was not right. The worst part was I threw away the box right after I opened it, because I didn't think there was going to be a problem and never thought of the possibility of return or anything. I couldn't return it, so I went to my local sketchers store and tried to exchange a new pair, but that store (in Roosevelt shopping center Long Island New York) had no wide width size for me and the ... Anyway, I exchanged to two pairs of sandals at the end. It wasn't a pleasant experience of shopping!
The shoe was ok but looked better online, didn't have enough arch support for me, and was too big. All of my Skechers have been size 6.5, these ones were huge. I think they changed the sizing. The worst part is that when I returned them Footlocker screwed me over. I returned more than one pair. they all ran too large and looked better online. I thought it went back on my card like all my Macys returns do. Instead the bottom of the receipt said my refund would be mailed. Turned out to be a merchandise certificate. I had my card. Why wasn't it put back on my card. I don't want any of their merchandise and am out a ton of money. I will NEVER buy a foot locker item again.
I work in a plant, drive a forklift, have plantar faciitis, and wear custom orthotics. I have real problems finding a wear-all-the-time sneaker that removes all foot pain. I bought The Unity because a reviewer stated that few Sketchers sneakers had removable insoles (for those of us who need to use our custom orthotics, instead), but these did. And I didn't search any further THEN because I was in PAIN and needed it to end fast. However, I just asked the fine folks at Sketchers which of their OTHER sneakers have removable insoles. I was informed that ALL ARCH FIT SNEAKERS HAVE REMOVABLE INSOLES. Yay! More options is always a good thing. Thus, if you have orthotics and you pick from among the Arch Fit sneakers, you should be able to switch them out, no problem.PF ... Thus, if you have orthotics and you pick from among the Arch Fit sneakers, you should be able to switch them out, no problem.PF sufferers and runners/walkers understand they have to change out their trainers about every 3 to 4 months if they want to keep ahead of the pain. But most of us have been able to squeeze 6 to 10 months out of many brands of sneakers, with not much more discomfort than we had from the start - until about the six month mark. THESE start NOTICEABLY breaking down by about month 4, so bear that in mind. However, those first twinges of discomfort were probably more noticeable because, with The Unity, I'd felt no pain whatsoever up until that point. THAT puts The Unity firmly in the "win" column. These were perfect for my duck feet (narrow heels, toes so spread out you could slip in a few extra... 😒) so... YES, I love these and would order again. Tonight, though, I'm ordering TWO other arch Fit sneakers, just to see how different Arch Fit sneakers fit and feel, hoping for the best. I'll wear the one I love most. The other will stay in my locker at work, along with a pair of dry socks, and a hand towel. It's winter here and I hate working with wet toes on a cold dock. It's great when you have painful feet and the right shoe makes the pain stop. For me, The Unity was the first right shoe in a long line of wrongs.
I have hammer toe, and deformity in my feet due to osteoarthritis.. Shoes are very hard to find.. This is my second pair.. I used to wear go walks lucky 5, but sketchers hasn't carried them in a while.. I bought and returned a few pairs, until I tried these shoes..First of all let me say, that they're a little narrow in the toe area, but for me, it keeps everything comfortable snug.. No reinforcements around toe area, just heavy duty material helps out, because of the arthritis and hammer toe..The arch design gives lots of security and support... In my opinion, like a bouncy hydraulic feeling in every step that I take, when wearing these shoes.. They made walking with problems in my feet easier, and I could walk longer..I must also mention, that I have arthritis ... MoreI have hammer toe, and deformity in my feet due to osteoarthritis.. I had a total knee replacement in my left knee, and about to have a total knee replacement in my right knee soon..Also, they're machine washable, and that is a huge plus for me..I was able to purchase my second pair with a incredible discount that Sketchers offered..Plus, I redeemed my rewards points..Finally, I would like to say, that if you have problems with your feet like I do, give these shoes a try.. They just might work out for you..If not, Sketchers has a pretty easy return policy..Good luck‼️🙂
