Midsole The shoe with the Fresh Foam X midsole provides ultra-cushioning during your run and gives a responsive feeling under the feet. The midsole has a double density and consists of two Fresh Foam X-foam materials. It offers the midsole a lot of cushioning for your heel and forefoot, while also providing crucial support for the arch of the foot.
