An incredible step that breaths

I'm a person that loves new tech. I typically buy things that are cutting edge. Although it can mean some things aren't quite done yet, I am ecstatic to tell you these technologies were made for eachother. The react and the zoom make for an incredible full footed step. I would compare it to a barefoot step in fresh level grass, because you really feel the stability and movement from the shoe as if you know instinctively where you are. These shoes have excellent stability and reactivity with every step.If you're a runner you will feel how comfortable the shoes are two miles into your run when your feet aren't sore and the react is helping you land each step. Love the color selection!I am able to wear athletic shoes to work and was happy to find another style from Nike that was comfortable.I can have a hard time finding a shoe to fit properly. I have a wide forefoot and narrower heel area, but, the wide sizes are a little too wide and may slip off my heel. This shoe, in the regular width, has a roomy toe box area and it was comfortable enough to wear all day (including a lunch time walk!).Many people at work complimented the shoe and asked for the style name. I was happy to share how comfortable they were. It has good arch support and the sole is not too bulky, but provides a good cushion. I’m reaching for these shoes when I go to the gym, for walks and for amusement park days where I get at least 20K steps in. They fit true-to-size and I recommend to order the same size as other Nike running shoes you own. There is a lot of cushion support with the ReactX cushion, and you will feel more height. If you don’t like too high of a heel, you might feel extra height in these. However, since I have been dealing with an achy heel the last couple of weeks, the extra cushion relieved the aching for me during my workout! Putting them on is also not as challenging as other shoes I have — there is the right amount of allowance on the shoe tongue without sacrificing a ‘sock’ fit and feel when wearing them.I got the Regular fit, with white/crimson/chrome/glacier ... It is very breathable, and the mesh fabric gives it a nice look especially since it layers the colors of the shoe (at least my color-way). The fabric makes it look really special! The additional pop of color on the laces is a nice way to tie it together too.It is a reliable shoe, having had a previous version of Pegasus running shoes before; however, the technology and sustainability is elevated, and I truly feel the support in these shoes over others. I have been wearing Pegasus running shoes for almost 15 years and these are my favorite iteration to date. I look for a running shoe that I can run up to 6 miles in comfortably and that has enough stability to lift weights in after without having to change my shoes. These have the cushion of the Zoom Flys for running, but the stability of a Metcon for lifting - the perfect shoe for a workout class where you can't change shoes. Sometimes I size up in running shoes, but I did not need to with these and took my true size. They left enough room in the toe box to not feel like my toes were jamming after a long run. They run a little bit wider than previous Pegasus versions I have worn, but I actually liked having the extra room to accommodate a thicker sock. I have the ... I have been buying Nike Pegasus since 1996 for 3-6 mile jogging 3-4 times a week. The last several versions were just not comfortable and caused discomfort across the top of my foot. The previous styles for more than a few years lacked the classic pegasus show shape and was bulky and not sleek. These Pegasus 41s have the great style lines and fit I remember. Love the new neon color ways. Bought a pair in volt (neon yellow) and one in neon pink (sort of a mellon pink). Very cushy, supportive but not too stiff. Ankle is cut in the right spot, toe box comfy and padded tounge is great.... Show more

Super Cushy and Narrow Toe Box

These have some of the softest and bounciest soles I've worn in a long time. They're great for walking and strolling. I'm not the highest intensity runner but these work well for an easy jog.The laces and heel structure provide a great lockdown feel straight out of the box.I do wish the toe box was wider; my toes feel a little compressed. The 10mm heel-toe drop could contribute to this as well. Also, although the colors are cool, the upper material traps dirt and is tough to keep looking fresh!Finally, I appreciate Nike's efforts to roll out both less environmentally harmful and higher performance materials. The Air Zoom Pegasus 41 is a near perfect everyday shoe.. from the 5am 5k.. to getting after it at the gym.. to those Tom Bradley International cross-terminal hustles to catch your flight.. to slow walks around the block while Mom talks your ear off.These make everything effortlessly enjoyable.They take the work out of footwork and put the fun back in cardio (card-fun-io??) all while holding up like a dump truck.Lightweight.Supportive.Sticky-tack Traction.Eye-catching Colorways.So comfortable you’ll forget to take them off.Not to mention, hands down the best laces I’ve ever bunny-eared.The only problem I’ve found with these shoes is that I find myself looking for more reasons to walk/run/hit the road feet first..... I adore this iteration of the Pegasus! I was a Pegasus wearer for years, but abandoned them around 2018 to try “better” shoes. I returned to the Peg this year because I just could not find a daily trainer I loved, and I am so glad I gave the Pegasus another chance.I was so excited about them out of the box on my easy 7 mile run that I chose them for my 20 miler over the weekend, and they delivered. Excellent cushioning while still feeling light and flexible underfoot. I ran on a mix of pavement, gravel, and dirt trail, and they had good traction and stability without having that over-built feeling so many shoes have now.The upper is super comfy. The shoe is definitely true to size. As a collegiate runner many times we are recommended to go a have size up in out running shoes, however for someone likes something to be true to size I was very pleased with the fit of the shoe. The material is very breathable and I did not see any issue with. While on a run it definitely feels like a shoe that can be used for people that are beginning to get into running and want to invest a little more, I can definitely see them as everyday trainers. As a runner I do not like to break in my shoes, however these are some that maybe needs two or three runs to get broken into, but from the first run you can feel the air pockets in the shoe and helps role off of your toes. The W Air Zoom Pegasus 41 are really comfy. I wore them to my office job. My feet didn’t hurt all day even on my daily walks at work. I would recommend this product to anyone that wants a comfortable, light weight and sporty shoe. The only con I would say it has, would be the light color. Over time the color will get more dirty so definitely pick a darker shade. The shoes feels like you are walking on clouds and had extra support for those that need it. Especially if you are on your feet standing up all day. These shoes make standing all day tolerable and comfy. Overall get these shoes if you want to rock a comfy, breathable and nice design shoe....
