Too much plastic waste. I've never bothered with this product in the past. It seemed like an unnecessary product given I can use normal floss with no problem. I accepted the opportunity through Bunch to try them. The packaging is user friendly and resealable but soft plastic so can only be recycled in store through redcycle. The flossers themselves are easy to use I can see how they have become more mainstream. The picks and flossers aren't recyclable so just head off to add to further plastic landfill. I won't buy them again as the gains in ease of use don't outweigh the extra unnecessary plastic waste. If they were made of biodegradable/compostable bamboo or similar I would be more likely to consider again.

Flossing, fun? My Mum used to use flossy things like these, and I couldn't see the appeal... until now. They are easy to use and are definitely a must for the handbag or travelling. After all - how many restaurants or eateries provide toothpicks when you need them? While I like the ease of using them, there were two minuses for me:• I couldn't reach my back teeth properly. I am probably just unco, but I had to resort to the normal floss to get to them. • I have an orthodontic plate attached to my bottom front teeth - if only Woolies had another pick/floss option so I didn't have to go for the normal floss... again!While these were two minor set backs - I am definitely keeping some in my handbag and the car. Budget Friendly and Easy to Use. Miss 8 is prone to cavities but has, up until now, been vehemently against flossing her teeth. I think she disliked how difficult and time consuming it was for her. This product has been a game-changer in our house! Miss 8 can independently floss her teeth using one of these and is actually asking to floss her teeth. The low price point for a large number of sticks means that they aren't putting a dent in our family budget either They certainly make flossing easier (when compared to the traditional dental floss) and I quite like using one of these myself on occasion. Not all smiles here. This design has been around for a while, and we know that a lot of elderly and disabled people use and appreciate this design - especially if their carers need to help them out when flossing - generally making it a lot easier for everyone, especially with dexterity issues. This product is just not for us, as with any additional plastic in our lives that is not necessary. Made in China. Can our Aussie geniuses do an environmentally appropriate substitute - made using degradable plant product as the holders & floss? Can we work toward natural fibres to make these essential products? We seriously can't keep going the way we always have been......

Unnecessary one use plastic. In a world where we are trying to reduce single use plastics, this was a very disappointing product. The minty flavour was virtually undetectable also. I definitely wouldn't purchase these again as there are so many environmentally friendly choices on the market. I'd love to see the major supermarkets jump onboard too and make wiser choices.

A contender. We use floss but have never thought to use these sticks before. The floss part was thinner than the floss roll we use, it would be good if there were different thicknesses. They're OK, but it's easier to carry around a little floss box than these sticks. I like a strong mint flavour and this was rather subtle. Environmentally I'm not sure if these are a good idea, it's a lot of single use plastic. I wonder if they'll go the same way as straws, plastic cutlery etc?

Fairly flossed. I prefer individual floss picks to using a length of floss as I find them easier to use and less messy which means I will floss regularly. I could faintly smell the mint flavour on opening the pack however there was no discernible taste. My initial thought was that these were quite large and I wasn't sure these were for me but after using a couple of times, I quickly adjusted and find them more comfortable and very sturdy. I like that it has a fold out pick incorporated in the handle and that the floss is fine enough to get between teeth as intended. I will buy these again as they are excellent value.

Ok but wouldn't purchase again. I am a long-term floss tape user and generally prefer the thicker width of the tape that I buy regularly. However, these picks are easy to use once you get the hang of maneuvering them around your mouth and do a decent job of flossing. I didn't use the 'toothpick' part as I didn't have the need and I didn't taste a strong mint flavour. I don't think I would purchase these again, as they are such a waste of plastic - one use and you throw them out. They could be a good option to keep in my work drawer and handbag to use when out.

I've tried all different directions to attempt to "fold" it out and each way it snaps right off, so I assume by fold they mean snap. Don't understand the point in these when you can just buy rolls with the same result and less plastic or you can even get biodegradable floss with recyclable packaging made in Australia. Impressed. I’m a string/roll floss girl and have always stayed clear of products like this. Feared they would get caught in between my teeth and how I’d get them out BUT boy was I wrong! Purchased these little beauties for $1. 80 for 36, as it was impossible to floss my teeth with one arm in a sling. Strong and sturdy make flossing so much easier especially getting to the back of your teeth. No getting stuck in my teeth which I was afraid of Mint flavour stated on packaging but can’t be tasted. Also has like a little toothpick at one end if needed to get into all the nooks and crannies. I will continue to purchase this product even when I’m able to use both arms as I feel it flosses better than the string/roll varieties. Only negative, made in China
