Honey, Honey. I so love honey I was over the moon to receive this as a sample. Thanks Bunch. It's so delicious and best of all, it's Australian sourced which leaves me more
reassured that it is pure honey and the only type that I buy these days. It's been given a one star rating and I read a good report as to why this is. Basically, the following

Lovely honey at a great price. This honey is a product of Australia with no artificial colour, flavours or preservatives. It has a mild floral flavour, and is not too sweet. It is
definitely 100% pure honey with no chemical after taste. We use honey everyday, either on toast, in tea or as a sweetener to cakes and biscuits rather than sugar. The tub is
great value for money. Being in a pail makes serving easier. Love the guarantee - "If you are not 100% satisfied, they will refund or replace the item"Will definitely be buying
this product again. Thank you Woolworths, I would not have tried this item otherwise.

Simply wonderful honey. 100% pure Australian honey. It was just the bees knees! (Get it?! )But seriously this honey was top notch. Great taste and the consistency was spot on.
It spread easily onto toast and crumpets and melted and integrated into baking and cooking really well. I’ve had honey in the past that just stays in a big blob. The 1kg pail for
$12. 50 was good value for money. I shared some with a friend who does a lot of baking. It was easy to pour into a jar simply by being able to push edge of the plastic pail into
a spout. She baked Anzac biscuits and honey joys and was equally happy with it. I would definitely buy this again.

I drink very little tea or coffee and my daily drink is a large cup of hot water with a teaspoon each of honey, grated ginger and lemon. Just recently I've added a dash of Cayenne pepper. This honey tastes genuine. We find the tub is handy and easy to use. We keep it in the fridge and use a clean spoon when we want any.... Show more

Wonderful Australian honey. What can you say about honey? I use it in cooking and my grandchildren enjoy it for breakfast on hot toast with butter. Actually, they enjoy it at any time. A 1kg pail that is easy to store, has handle for little hands to manage when helping in the kitchen, is an Australian product and remained quite liquid at this point. We live in a very cold area and liquidity can be a problem for us during Winter when using particular products. I will purchase in the future. Thankyou Bunch for allowing us to try this honey.... Like bees to honey. I’m like a bee when it comes to honey. I love it. Fantastic size bucket at reasonable price and tasted fantastic on crumpets. I shared with my 86 year old mum and she also gave this honey a huge thumbs up. Love the bucket and thought the label really popped. I can up cycle the bucket for a peg bucket or scrap bucket for my sink. Honey is great energy for on breakfast toast, cereal, smoothies, in a cuppa tea. Also used for honey prawns. Delicious. Definitely a repeat buy for us. Thanks Woolworths for introducing us to a new product... Show more

Surprised! When first offered a tub of this to try, both hubby and I were sceptical. We live a quick 20 min drive from a wonderful local town called Beechworth. They also have their own honey, which we purchase almost religiously. I picked up the tub of Woolworths honey and took it home. It was delicious!! The tub is a good size for your average family and the price was very acceptable. The flavour was not strong, again, great for a family. Definitely will buy again. Glad to see Australian honey offered by Woolworths.... Show more

Great value but not my preference. I think the Woolworths Pure Australian 1kg Honey Pail is great value and is great for cooking and baking. The flavour is sweet and pronounced. The large container makes it easy to use and store and it's great that it contains Australian honey only. I prefer buying raw honey from local beekeeper so this is not something I would usually buy. I intent to keep this for baking or when I need larger quantities and don't want to use my "good" honey.... Show more

Australian Honey. This is a big tub of honey, 1 kilo in fact. I usually buy a smaller quantity in a squeeze bottle so this is a new experience. Honey in this big container is a good buy; honey never goes off when stored correctly. That’s why it doesn’t have a use-by date - just a date to say when it was packed. It may crystallise if left too long, then it will need reheating to soften it. That won’t be a problem for us as we are enjoying it in many ways. Honey is a healthy natural product full of goodness. We pour it onto porridge, put it in cakes and spread it on toast and crumpets. Hot honey, lemon drink is good for the throat in the sneezy season. Honey chicken is tasty too - and will be on the agenda soon. We like the taste, smooth texture and rich golden/amber ... MoreAustralian Honey. This is a big tub of honey, 1 kilo in fact. Nature's super food. What is better than honey? Australian honey! Fun fact - Honey is the only food made by an insect and eaten both by the insect and humans (and other animals as well). This sweet, natural & delicious food with so many uses is amazing. I had some on my father's day pancakes, I've used some in my cooking (and I may have sneakily stuck my finger in for a little sweet pick-me-up). The only thing I really didn't appreciate too much is the packaging. It's easily opened, it's recyclable and it has a handle, all great things. My gripe is how are you supposed to use smaller portions of it WITHOUT making a mess? I do much prefer the squeezy bottle, so after trying this honey, I did pour some into an old honey squeezy and sealed up the pail for future use. ... MoreNature's super food. I do much prefer the squeezy bottle, so after trying this honey, I did pour some into an old honey squeezy and sealed up the pail for future use. My favourite thing about honey is the expiry / best before date.... There isn't one! Finally, it has been recognised that honey, if stored correctly, won't spoil. If you find that your honey has crystalised, just heat it up slowly to a thin liquid (all the way through), and let cool at room temperature. Good as gold!Recommend, always, but ONLY if it's Australian honey. Mrs Shepherd wanted to add that she would pay more for the squeezy bottle rather than a pail of honey, for the convenience, and I'm inclined to agree.... Show more

Good honey that does not solidify. I find that higher end or more natural honeys tend to solidy into sugars, so I'm wary of how much processing goes in to the honey that does not... By by jove, it's so much more convenient when you need a squirt of honey and you don't have to soak it in a bowl of warm water every two weeks to make it useable. I tend to buy buckets of honey and decant into smaller squeeze tubes. I would love to see these buckets have a pouring spout or some sort of device to avoid the ovepour going into the pockets of the bucket rim and then being impossible to wash and an attractant for ants in the pantry....
