Skim milk. This milk was easy to find in the fridge milk section. It has a distinctive pink label which stands out. I tried this in my cup of tea …. I normally buy Woolworths 2L lite milk. I couldn’t taste any difference at all in my tea. Hubby has milk in a bowl of his cereal. He said it tastes watery compared to the lite milk I buy. It does have less calories than the one i normally buy but as for taste in a bowl of cereal it doesn’t stand up. I’m glad I got to try the sample. I will stick to my 2L lite milk. Thank you Woolworths and Bunch.

Not Skim-py on Flavour or Design. We are long time Woolworths Lite Milk purchasers so it was interesting to have the opportunity to try this Woolworths Skim Milk and compare the two. I generally don’t buy Skim Milk as my previous experience with it hasn’t been positive. It was always like water - a weak, cloudy, white water with no taste at all. Well, I am glad to say that based off our experience with the Woolworths Skim Milk, there have been some definite improvements in Skim Milk since we last tried it. It actually had flavour, and it tasted like milk. Now, it’s not as flavourful as the Lite Milk, but it was still a pleasant experience and in fact was better on both my daughters and wife’s stomachs who can both suffer from some digestive issues. The bottle size is also great for people with disabilities in their hands and/or wrists, or conditions such as arthritis because it is a lot lighter and much easier to manoeuvre. The 3 litre bottles are convenient bulk size wise but they are extremely heavy and difficult for many to lift and use. My wife isn’t allowed to lift anything over 500grams so the 3 litre bottles are a no go for her. There is also no way she would be able to manoeuvre the large bottle anyway. Even the 2 litre bottles when full can be difficult. These bottles are perfect, and the handles are wonderful rather than a slippery cardboard carton. Buying them in 1 litre bottles is also no more expensive per litre wise than the larger sizes. Based on this experience I would happily purchase this product to use on a regular basis.

Best milk but never in stock. I have been buying this milk for years. It’s only available in the 1L but for the last 3mths my store has always been out of stock when I visit. Incredibly frustrating and causes me to go to another supermarket

Perfect for Smoothies. I usually use lite milk, as full cream milk makes me feel to full, heavy and yuck in the tummy. So trying this skim milk was exciting to me. I had previously tried skim milk before and found it very watery. It was never very nice in anything. I was very surprised by this skim milk. It worked so well in my morning smoothie, it got nice and frothy which I didn't expect at all. But, I wasn't a fan having it with cereal. So if you like mixing it into things, such as smoothies, eggs, tea and coffee ect. I would be happy to use it. But not so much for morning cereals.

Great fresh milk. I'm a big lover of milk and this was no exception. It tasted fresh and was great for coffees and milos and even just to drink straight from the glass. It was as good as the more expensive brands but much cheaper. Will buy again.

As expected for skim milk. We use light milk rather than skim as we find skim milk to be too watery and lacking in flavour. This sample was as expected from skim milk. Nothing at all wrong with the product, just too watery for our liking. It actually tasted better than some other skims we have tried in the past. I wouldn't buy this again, but only due to personal taste. For anybody who prefers to use skim milk this would be an excellent alternative to any other brand name options.

Handy but on the Watery Side. We use skim milk in our household, but I must admit this is not our usual brand. First of all, I found the 1L bottle such a convenient size for those like us who only have milk with their coffees. The bottle was easy enough to find in the milk section and stood out with the pink label. It came in at a reasonable price point as well. The one concern that I had was the texture of it, I did find it a little bit on the watery side compared to the usual brand that we use, but other than that it did the job.

Can't go back. So, I was expecting milk. What I got was... Milk, but better than I expected. It's all about the texture or mouthfeel. It doesn't have the fatty texture that full cream/lite milk has. This would be due to the very low fat content (less than 0. 1g /100ml total fat), which is amazingly low, compared to the lite & full cream milk that's available. My wife has been drinking this in her tea since I brought it home, and she has told me, (in no uncertain terms), this is the milk we buy in the house now. We usually get the Woolworths lite milk, but since sampling this skim milk, it is the choice of the house. It's also the same price as the lite milk, (in the 1 Litre bottle, but lite is cheaper in larger containers when comparing prices).

Great Quality Skim Milk. I have been buying this skim milk for a while now having switched from the brand names because quality had dropped. Found this particular skim milk creamy, full of flavour and tastes great when added to tea and coffee also cereals. I have also used this to make pastry cream and the cream turns out fantastic even though it has a low fat content. Good source of calcium a total of 118g per 100ml which is pretty good and contains just 100% milk, nothing else added. Has a health star rating of 5 which is to be expected for a clean quality product. Low in calories at 0. 1g for 100g which is excellent but taste is not compromised and full flavour is retained. Great bottle size and easy to pour, not to mention the great price at $1. 35 for 1 litre which is fantastic. Has always been consistent with taste and quality. Thanks Bunch for the sample and will continue to purchase in the future. Highly recommend anyone to give it a try.

Great tasting skim milk. Both my husband and I usually mix up the Woolies brand powdered skim milk with the pink packaging as it's very economical. I tried the Woolies bottled skim milk by itself to see if I could tell the difference and 'drum roll' .... I can say it sure tastes better and feels smoother in the mouth. (They have carried over the pink on the label too!)I will definitely buy for our trips away in the van as it's more convenient and fits perfectly in the door! If it came in a 2 litre size I would seriously be tempted to switch from the powdered milk for the convenience and improved flavour. I'm glad I had this opportunity to try and compare!
