Quick and easy. Cooked in the Air fryer, very quick and easy. We made burgers with buns for dinner. I thought it would be spicy for my child but it was ok and not spicy. The fillets were quite thick and the thickness were not even with the crumbs so I sliced them to check they were cooked through inside. The colour of chicken fillets were bit dark and texture was bit different. The product was very hard to find. I tried and searched a couple of times at different stores but it was simply not in stock. The package design is good and clear but I find the display in the store is often not shopper friendly. So hard to find. I will start with a negative. The packaging is terrible! There are so many items in this range, I virtually had to get a magnifying glass to find it. I even asked a staff member who struggled and pointed to the wrong item. Talk about fine print. Buttermilk... ! So tiny in print. I did not read the instructions. I shoved them in the oven and did "Mum" things- (and what a joy they are; insert eye roll emoji). I did not turn half way through cooking and they were not very crisp. Instead they sat in a puddle of their own oil. Regardless if my disregard for following rules (strike rules and insert instructions), they were good. I confess to loving a feed of KFC every now and then. These are a great substitute without the guilt! A tangy spice. Overall a ... MoreSo hard to find. I will start with a negative. Excellent meal. After a couple of recent samples with reconstituted meat, I was delighted to get “real” chicken. There was one piece which was much larger and thicker than the other but I (surprisingly) had the nous to cook it a bit longer. The small piece was not quite enough for me so I also had a bit of the larger piece with some salad. The next day I had the remains of the second piece cold with some hot veggies and enjoyed it. The meat was moist – I prefer red meat to white meat – and the crumbs just right so all round it was very nice. For the life of me I cannot understand why there were so many extra ingredients over and above the meat and the casing but c’est la vie. Suppose that is what cooking is all about. Will buy it again but with the proviso of it ... MoreExcellent meal. After a couple of recent samples with reconstituted meat, I was delighted to get “real” chicken. Easy dinner option. I struggled to find the product. The various chicken schnitzel products dominated the shelf space. The chicken breast and thigh burger products were down the bottom hard to see. These products should been on the top shelf and have primary shelf space rather than the bulk chicken schnitzel products. I liked that the thigh burgers are made from rspca approved chicken and from 96% Australian ingredients. The packaging was hard to get into. An easy lift film would be beneficial. This is not something I would usually buy but I was pleasantly surprised by the mild spice flavour. I followed the cooking instructions and the crumb was lovely and crisp. I was glad it was oven baked and not fried so it was still a relatively health dinner (4 health stars). ... MoreEasy dinner option. I struggled to find the product. Best chicken ever. This chicken is now a staple on our menu. It is such good value for money if bought on the 2 for $15. 00 deal. It is great in a burger or even on its own. The coating is better than any l have ever tasted. Because it’s the thigh it remains juicy. You can’t go wrong with this.

Great flavoured chicken that appeals to kids and adults. This really exceeded my expectations. Yum. The whole family enjoyed these Southern Style thigh fillet burgers. Quick and easy to cook in the oven - although I did have to cook an extra 10- 15 minutes than directed so that they were crispy. I cut the 3 really large chicken pieces in the pack up into slightly smaller pieces to feed my family of 5. We had them as chicken burgers with lettuce, tomato, bacon and mayo along with a side of chips. not a crumb was left. The chicken had a really nice flavour and was really tender. Four and a half star health rating and great flavour that appeals to both kids and adults, at a reasonable price. Would buy again. Yum.

Airfryer chicken delight. This was not a sample, it was a purchase. Cooked up well in the air fryer. The crumb was crispy, crunchy and beautifully spiced. The buttermilk had tenderised the chicken and added to the texture and moisture in the cooked pieces. We served the fillets with little warm dinner rolls, mashed potato with gravy and coleslaw. This chicken will definitely be a repeat purchase.

Crispy. I was excited to get this product to sample. I would not usually but chicken thighs, we prefer chicken breast. I thought $7. 50 was expensive for chicken thighs usually a cheaper cut of meat. I would like to see a bigger package size option. We are a family of six so one pack is not enough. I did purchase a second lot and we served them as burgers with oven chips for a easy Friday night meal. I thought the sizes is the thighs were inconsistent with some being quite large and some small. There was only two thighs in one pack and 3 in the other pack. They crisped up nicely in the oven. I wasn’t overly impressed with the taste of the crumb I found it quite thick and rich, I couldn’t eat all of my piece and picked it out of my burger. Probably wouldn’t purchase ... MoreCrispy. Not too spicy. Due to allergies I gave this to my mum to try. She loved the idea of it and was excited to try. The very first thing she said to me was the fat content is way too high for her. Definitely not the healthiest meal. She loved the taste of it and said it wasn’t too spicy and was tender to eat. She thought it would go well with a salad or fried rice but she wouldn’t have it on a burger (personally if I could eat it, I would definitely have it on a burger!). She took a star off for the fat content and wasn’t sure if she would buy it despite how yummy it was.
