Nice spicy kick! I picked up this sample as my husband was willing to test it. Otherwise I wouldn’t have claimed it. “Medium” spicy is not something for me. Even “mild” for that matter. Ha. Ha. A Fiery Twist on Classic Mayonnaise. I recently had the opportunity to try out the Woolworths Sriracha Mayonnaise, and I must say, it brought a delicious and fiery twist to my meals. Here's my review of this unique condiment. Firstly, let's talk about the flavour. The combination of sriracha and mayonnaise is a match made in culinary heaven. The creamy, rich base of the mayonnaise is infused with just the right amount of heat from the sriracha sauce. The result is a harmonious balance of creamy and spicy flavours that enhances a wide variety of dishes. Whether you're spreading it on a sandwich, using it as a dip, or mixing it into a salad dressing, the Sriracha Mayonnaise adds a delightful kick that elevates the overall taste experience. Whether you're spreading it on a sandwich, using it as a dip, or mixing it into a salad dressing, the Sriracha Mayonnaise adds a delightful kick that elevates the overall taste experience. Texture-wise, the Sriracha Mayonnaise maintains the smooth and creamy consistency that you'd expect from a good-quality mayo. It spreads easily and evenly, making it convenient to use in various applications. The viscosity is just right, not too runny nor too thick, ensuring it clings nicely to the food without overpowering it. The blend of creamy mayonnaise and the tangy, slightly chunky texture of sriracha sauce creates a pleasing mouthfeel that adds another dimension to your meals. One aspect that stands out about Woolworths Sriracha Mayonnaise is the quality of the ingredients. The use of real sriracha sauce, combined with high-quality mayonnaise, results in an authentic and delicious flavour profile. Additionally, it is worth mentioning that this product is free from artificial colours, flavours, and preservatives, which is always a plus when looking for healthier condiment options. In terms of versatility, the Woolworths Sriracha Mayonnaise truly shines. It can be used in a myriad of ways, from enhancing sandwiches and burgers to adding a zesty kick to wraps, tacos, and even roasted vegetables. The possibilities are endless, and it allows you to experiment and create exciting flavour combinations in your kitchen. However, the one drawback worth mentioning is that the heat level might be a bit too intense for those who have a low tolerance for spiciness. While the heat is not overpowering, it does pack a punch. If you prefer milder flavours, I would recommend using this condiment sparingly or mixing it with regular mayonnaise to tone down the spiciness. In conclusion, Woolworths Sriracha Mayonnaise is a fantastic condiment option for anyone who enjoys a bit of heat in their meals. Its well-balanced flavour, smooth texture, and high-quality ingredients make it a winner in my book. Whether you're a sriracha enthusiast or simply looking to add some excitement to your dishes, this Sriracha Mayonnaise is definitely worth a try.

A hint of spiciness. We quite liked this mayonnaise. The bottle is "upside down" which is great for getting as much as you can out of it. We tried this with some home made chicken schnitzel burgers which was a good combination. We found the flavour to be quite nice and not overly spicy. We also found it to be slightly sweet with a bit of an aftertaste of vinegar. It wasn't unpleasant, just apparent and not what we were expecting. The mayonnaise was nice and creamy and is made in Australia from at least 92% Australian ingredients. Personally, we prefer the chipotle mayonnaise variety but at $2. 75 for a 250ml bottle we would consider buying this again.

Spicy enough for me! Tonight I had some chicken leftovers so decided to have a roll and added some of this. I tried some by itself and found for me it had a good bit of spice. I found the flavor good and it definitely added a bit of a kick to my roll. It probably isn't something that I would use on a regular basis as I feel I could add some srirachia to mayonnaise to get the flavor and the heat I wanted. It would be handy for a barbeque for ease. It has a low health star rating at only 2stars which is a bit disappointing There are 10 servings at 25mls eac. The packaging is good and I found that the foil cap was easy to remove. I like that it has a long life. The item I received has a best before of January 2024. It's definitely worth trying.
Fiery Mayo Love. I like my hot sauces and regularly top my Mexican food with jalapeños or jalapeño salsas, so I was excited to try this sample. I found this a great alternative to my normal salsa. The consistency was great and the texture was beautiful and creamy. The sriracha gave the mayo a nice fiery kick of heat which I found really pleasant. As I was enjoying my tacos with sriracha mayo I also thought that this would go great on burgers, as a dipping sauce with peeled prawns or as a dipping sauce with chicken tenders. I also loved that the sauce was made from 92% Aussie ingredients. I'll be keeping a bottle of this is the fridge and enjoying it for a long time to come. Thanks for a great sample.
Great sriracha taste! I had recently redeemed a free bottle of sriracha so I thought I would try a comparison. I mixed some sauce with a full fat mayonnaise (on the left) and tried them both with some chicken. I preferred the Woolies one over my mix, the left one was sweeter in taste and I liked the slightly, more smokey flavour of the ready made one. (Both labels include sugar but my mayo could be adding the extra sugar)The mayo was thick and creamy with a great but actually, not too fiery, kick for me - but I do like a bit of chilli. The only negative was the cap. The plastic hinge on the lid sticks out a bit and it's borderline sharp. For $2. 50 it's good value if you don't already have any chilli at home to add to your own mayo!
Sizzling Flavors Unite. Experience the fiery fusion of Woolworths Sriracha Mayonnaise, a delectable condiment that blends the smoothness of mayo with the boldness of sriracha sauce. This unique combination strikes the perfect balance between creamy and spicy, enhancing the flavors of various dishes. Its velvety texture spreads effortlessly, creating a delightful sensation on your palate. Crafted with premium ingredients and devoid of artificial additives, it guarantees an authentic taste. Although the spice level might be intense for those with lower heat tolerance, the versatility of this condiment allows for creative culinary experiments. Elevate your sandwiches, burgers, wraps, and more with the vibrant punch of this Sriracha Mayonnaise.
Bit spicy. So when I saw this mayonnaise in my product box I was a bit hesitant as I am not a fan of spicy food but am open to trying new things. Even peeling the cover off I could tell it was going to have a bit of a bit. Also the fact that out of the three chilis on the label two were marked off was a dead giveaway. So I tried it as a dipping sauce for my french fries and it was nice and creamy but definitely felt the fiery kick but not to be beaten thought I would give it a go another day on a burger. For anyone who doesn't mind things with a bit of heat it would be ideal but for me it was just a tad too hot. It is made with free range eggs and has no artificial flavours or colours. Gorgeous saucy blend️. Extremely excited to try and review Sriracha Mayonnaise as I am a chilli lover and have been eating bird eye chillies with nearly every meal. Love the flavour and Sriracha Mayonnaise is suitable for a variety of dishes. I have used it with chicken burrito and also made Sriracha Mayonnaise pasta salad. Absolutely, delicious and definitely will buy it again in the future. 5 stars rating from me. In terms of spiciness level, it's kind of subjective to every individual. Some of the reviewers commented that Sriracha Mayonnaise is too spicy but for me, it's just mild. In another word, one️ chilli rating instead of two. ️️ Perhaps it would be nice to have an additional edition of Sriracha Mayonnaise with a higher level of spiciness. Great taste with a little kick. I have never tasted sriracha in any form and was initially a little hesitant to try this as I thought it may be overly hot and spicy. Now I do like a bit of heat taste in my food but hubby is more of a mild heat man. When I first opened the bottle, I tasted a little on a teaspoon and after a few seconds on the tongue, the heat did kick in. However, it was not overly hot, just right for my palette. Thought hubby wouldn't like it, but we had it on hamburgers today and he really enjoyed it with the mix of meat and salad toppings. It has a lovely creamy texture and I can imagine this with lots of different foods, i. e. as a salad dressing along with tuna or salmon, or in fact just on an ordinary, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, capsicum ... MoreGreat taste with a little kick.
