Light and tangy. This is a great product, so versatile to use in salad dressings, sweet and sour dishes and marinading. I generally use apple cider vinegar for my salad dressing but this is as good and costs less. It has a very light and tangy taste, great for a vinaigrette dressing I make using olive oil, vinegar, Dijon mustard and brown sugar. I particularly like the shape of the bottle. I find the small neck of the bottle easy to grasp and handle. The plastic bottle is light to hold and also recyclable. I will be buying this product again as it compares well with the flavour and the cost and I certainly recommend this product

It does the job. So normally breaking out the white wine vinegar means I’m making a fancy salad. I get the fancy non-cooking oil in the fancy bottle and usually the fancy white wine vinegar to whisk together, in the fancy bottle. I appreciate that genuine effort has gone into making it approach the look and feel a non-budget item, but it’s a little *ceremony* when I use vinegar for culinary purposes instead of cleaning, and the cheaper feeling kind of detracts from that. And infuriatingly, I can’t even fault it on taste or mouthfeel, it’s good in a vinigarette or on chips. It’s a half litre monster of a bottle. It’s cheap to the point of making my current grape-based proclivities look like an act of unimaginable and unsustainable vinegar vanity. It’s changed my life ... MoreIt does the job. Full bodied flavour. Found easily in the condiments isle with all the other vinegars for $2. 50 which has been priced dropped from $2. 80 A delicate and crisp vinegar derived from the finest Italian grapes and 100% naturally fermented. Perfect used as a dressing, marinade or sauce and ideal paired with fish or chicken. Product of Italy Bottle and Cap recyclable seal in the bin. I find this has a crisp strong flavour that when combined with olive oil is lovely tossed through a salad. With a long use by date until 11/25 I doubt I’ll need to repurchase as a little goes a long way for me.

Pantry staple. I always have various vinegars in my pantry as they are so versatile. I used this white wine vinegar with my corned beef that I cooked in the pressure cooker. It had a lovely tang but wasn’t overpowering or harsh as some white wine vinegars can be. I also added a slash to my bolognaise. I usually use balsamic glaze but this vinegar was fine and complimented the ragu perfectly. I also used it on a salad as part of the dressing. It was a bit too overpowering for me when I used it like this. I think it is better in cooked dishes. It’s good value for money. Again as with the WW red wine vinegar it’s disappointing that it is now in plastic as previously it was a glass bottle.

As Good As Brand Name. This was easy to find amongst the vinegars and a lot cheaper than the brand name ones. Label is pretty ordinary but since a pantry staple and hardly need an overly exciting label not an issue to me. Everything but the seal is recyclable, and since the seal is tiny, this is a big plus. Another plus is it is 100% naturally fermented and only contains the white wine vinegar. These take me a long time to use up so the generous 500ml size will mean it will last a while and is great value for money. Sadly it's made in Italy and while I understand that the home of wine means also a producer of wine vinegars, since we also make a lot of wine I'm sure Woolies could source a homegrown version and save not only on food miles but have more Australian ... MoreAs Good As Brand Name. Sadly it's made in Italy and while I understand that the home of wine means also a producer of wine vinegars, since we also make a lot of wine I'm sure Woolies could source a homegrown version and save not only on food miles but have more Australian grown and made in their stores. I have marked it down for this but am not a huge issue for me since it's not a country where I avoid their food products. It was easy to open and use but it's hard for me to accurately judge the taste of this as it's generally used in other products like dressings or marinades and absorbs many other flavours. I used it today in a homemade Greek marinade along with mustard, olive oil, basil and garlic to use up our leftover roast meat for souvlakis. The meat was delicious with a lovely taste and there were no issues with any unusual flavours so this white wine vinegar was more than adequate for the task intended. Overall I was very happy with this product. I currently don't have a white wine vinegar in the cupboard but am pretty sure in the past that I'd have bought this brand anyway due to the great price and close similarity to any other dearer white wine vinegar. While I have marked it down due to country of origin not being Australia it's a minor issue and I would happily buy again and recommend it to others.

Delicious but a little too mild. So I use a lot of types of white vinegar in salads, usually every couple of days. I was very excited to try this because I had never purchased this before so thanks Bunch! First things I noticed are that it’s ‘naturally fermented’ and it’s ‘Italian’ - 2 very big ✅ from me for that! So the smell and flavour - well I opened the cap (easy to open) and the first whiff was delicious! It smelt mild and a little sweet and I was EXCITED to taste it!! The taste - delicious! Only negative is the vinegar seems a little ‘watered down’ - maybe it’s just the grape and it’s very very mild. Not sure either way I like a stronger punchier vinegar usually. I made a pear rocket salad with this - mixed with honey and olive oil and he loved it!! Winner! Thanks so much Bunch - I will be buying this again for sure!

A very good white wine vinegar that does a great job. I was very happy to try this product and was not disappointed. The smell is pleasant (some brands have a foot odor smell) and the color is appealing, giving it a feel of being a superior product. This white wine vinegar is pleasant and mild in flavor and does not have that sharp eye-watering taste that other white wine vinegars have, which is great. There is a nice depth of flavor that works in well with a variety of dishes such as a dressing for salads as well as sweet and sour dishes. Love that this is a plastic bottle and the size is perfect as well as being 100% naturally fermented. Price is great, especially being that it matches other big brand names. I will purchase this again in the future as it is a great pantry staple that adds to many dishes.

Great Traditional Italian Salad Dressing Ingredient. I always have red & white wine vinegar on hand and have used this one before. It doesn't disappoint and gives my dressings a lovely tart flavour. I find it's just as good as other name brands. Comes in an easy pour plastic bottle that is recyclable with a seal to keep in freshness. One of my go to dressings is white wine vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, pomegranate molasses, extra virgin olive oil, salt and a crack of pepper. This is great for any recipe that calls for vinegar. It smells lovely and vinegary and mixes in with other ingredients very well. It's a product I'll continue to purchase. * Product of Italy* Price point at $2. 50 - 500ml* Bottle & cap is recyclable, top seal in general rubbish

Great for Salad Dressings. I always have the sibling product WW Red Wine Vinegar in the pantry. It's always on the shopping list when replacement is needed, great for most uses. I think I have had the WW White Wine Vinegar before but I usually buy the 'name' brand in the 2 litre size and use it for quick pickles, and many other uses. This product is nice and I am attracted to it in spite of it's dark colour. The last time I bought its sibling it was in a glass bottle so not sure why this one is in a plastic bottle. Cost-related, I guess. I made a simple salad dressing with my sample and it was good. I think it retails at $2. 50 a bottle, I guess that's okay though I will line it up with my usual buy and go for bang for buck. Both are good.
