Love them! I love all kinds of olives and this product is on a par with other kalamata olives from boutique shops that are not around where I live, so its easy accessibility at a Woolies shop is a big plus for me. They are tasty, fleshy and have a good piquancy to them that makes them easy to snack on. I don’t mind that they are unpipped as it is easy enough to pry their pips out in your mouth. It’s a different story, of course, if you are using them for cooking, but I’m sure a little patience would go a long way to make your dish even more delicious.

Pretty good olives. I used these kalamata olives in homemade pizza. The bottle opens easily with a slight twist and the lid “pops” open. Only thing is that it opened too easily so I had a big splash of brine all over the floor. So after cleaning that up, I tasted an olive out of the jar. The olives are medium in size and are chewy more than crunchy. That could be the variety of olives and it’s fine with me. The bottle is 350g and once opened, use within 7 days. The olives are salty but not overly salty. They are a product of Greece. I like knowing the country of origin, that’s a big plus for this product. Probably the worst aspect of these olives is that they contain pits, which really is the pits for me. It makes it hard to eat or serve in a platter. I also found it fiddly to take the pits out. I enjoyed these olives and appreciate knowing where they came from, but due to the pits, I’d just buy other olives without pits for the convenience factor. I’m reusing the glass jar, either for spices or maybe grow a money plant in

Tasty little morsels of goodness. I’m not the olive eater in my family so I decided to give them to my 9 year old whom has actually never tried them before. I think it’s safe to say when she returned with an empty jar that they were more than decent. I would probably limit anyone’s portion of them to the one recommended on the product information as they are quite high in salt but that’s expected for preserved products. They’re a little smaller than most olives I’ve seen in the past however this could just be the size of regular Kalamata olives. All in all I will definitely be making more purchases of these olives in future.

First time I have ever liked olives! Disclaimer: I am not an olive connoisseur. I don't like olives and don't eat them very often. Olives were easy to find in store. These olives were surprisingly pleasant. It's not as salty as they usually are. I could taste the subtle olive flavour. Texture of olives were perfect. Not too soft or hard. I didn't mind that they had pits in them. I liked that they were stored in a glass container given that there's vinegar in the liquid. The jar was easy to open. Did notice that the olives were from Greece! So could possibly mean it's an authentic product?I don't know how much olives are normally but at $3 a container for this product, I don't mind purchasing if I ever felt like some olives.

Perfect Olives. We loved these Greek Kalamata olives! ▶️ They were easy to find in store as I have bought the pitted version previously. Great value for money. ▶️ I like the colouring of the label on the jar. ▶️ I was pleasantly surprised that the pits were quite easy to remove by slicing the side of the olive. ▶️ The olives are big and fleshy. The brine was not too salty and did not have an unpleasant aftertaste. ▶️ I ate many of the olives straight out of the jar, used some on pizza and the remainder with cheese and dry biscuits. ▶️ I would definitely purchase the again for my family, but if using olives on a plaster for entertaining, I’d prefer to buy the pitted jar.

Easy to pit, handy to have in pantry until needed. I used these in a Greek salad and they were very tasty. I ahve never bought whole olives before but per kg these worked out quite a bit cheaper than any of the pitted options at woolworths eg deli counter, pre packed fresh and jarred and didn't ahve extra flavouring eg Chili or garlic as many of the other options did. I found a video on removing the pit on YouTube and it couldn't have been easier. I like the fact I can have a jar in the pantry for impromptu greek salads or other dishes that need olives (obviously keep in fridge once opened). They were nice and plump and juice. A great price. I will definitely buy again.

Love These! Just as good as any other branded olives if not better. Not too brined. Well preserved and good acidic balance. Great for salads, cooking or just on their own. I do prefer a pitted version though. Olives good quality, none bruised or marked and good uniform size. Not too big, not too small.

Long use by date so keep some in the cupboard. I usually purchase pitted whole Kalamata olives and haven't tried the Woolworths ones before, but of cause was happy to try these. In winter I mostly use Kalamata olives in Chicken Catchatori, and in summer I use in salads and on cheese platters. These olives were as good as any I have tried and at a lower price, I didn't really mind the pits and neither did my guest. The olives have a long use by date 3rd Sept 21 so handy to keep in the cupboard for those visitors that pop in. Once opened you will need to place in the fridge. As it says in my products, I still need to collect this item it mustn't have come off my card when I collected them. Great to use for cooking. There is a clear difference in the freshness of these olives compared with the delicious range from the Woolworths deli, which is to be expected. It meant I was not tempted to eat them straight from the jar or put them on a platter, and to only use them for cooking. I used them on pizza and in a pasta and they gave both dishes that perfect olive flavour compliment that all Italian dishes need, without being too salty. They are easy to pit and stayed firm and plump while being sliced. The labelling is attractive with inviting pictures of the plump olives, which can also be seen in the jar itself. These olives are a product of Greece which is not as good as Australian but a lot better than 'country of unknown origin'. I find the price of these olives very reasonable at $8/kg to have as a staple pantry item. However we buy our Kalamata olives in a bulk 2kg jar for $7/kg. But if I ever need a small jar in a hurry, I'll definitely grab these ones.

Tasty Olives. As I don't like olives my sweet neighbour who loves olives was my tester again She served them with a cheese platter and some deli meats for a small family gathering. Flavour wise they were not overly salty and were plump and not too fleshy, although a few were a bit on the mushy side and not as firm as they should be 2. 5 HSR and free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. 100% Greek olives with pits which my neighbour said where easy to remove. At $2. 80 for a 350g jar is apparently good value for money and she is happy to buy in the future and highly recommends. Thanks Woolworths and Bunch for this sample... my neighbour enjoyed them immensely.
