As other customers have noted this sunscreen is thick and can feel a bit greasy, but I will continue using this sunscreen over the alternatives you'd find in a big box store that are filled with who knows what. I found that if I rubbed it in well, the greasy factor wasn't a problem and it provided a nice moisturising barrier for my skin. I also prefer this smaller size as it is more manageable to use it all before the expiry date. I had another larger natural sunscreen and by the time I got towards the end of using it up it started to smell a bit rancid.

I bought this after not having been left with a lot of other options for natural sunscreens and needing one badly. I do not regret purchasing it! The scent is mild and not overpowering. Can feel quite sticky initially but you get used to it and I found it pretty nice, almost a thick moisturiser. Works well and is effective. I finished the whole tub and am thinking of purchasing other items from them because of this experience. Only downside is that it is pricey.

It's so hard to find a sunscreen without any coconut oil ingredients but this one is a winner! It's just like a juicy moisturiser for your skin and it works so beautifully under mineral makeup. Just wait 6 to 8 mind for it to absorb and apply your powder. This is the only sunscreen that doesn't leave me with dry skin and the only one I don't need to use a moisturiser beforehand. Total winner!

This is okay. It’s mineral based so great for sensitive skin. If you gave very dry skin this is great for you however if your skin is oily it’s a NO. It’s way too greasy for me and doesn’t soak on my skin so it didn’t work for me but for my baby it’s good enough to protect from the sun.
I bought this for a tropical island trip because we wanted to make sure that our sunscreen didn't damage the coral reefs. I researched a number of possible sunscreens and this one seemed to be one of the most environmentally friendly and also had glowing reviews. What none of the reviews mentioned, however, is that the sunscreen has a strong and unpleasant smell - like play-doh - that gets onto all of your clothes. Every day after snorkelling while wearing this suncreen, we had to thoroughly wash our bathers, our clothes and scrub our skin to get this stuff off us! I would not buy this sunscreen again.
This is a terrible product! It leaves a greasy oily film on the skin and it is so thick to apply. Very unpleasant! Finding it hard to use up the tube. What a waste of money! I actually read reviews about this one before purchasing and it seemed to get good reviews. However I would definitely not recommend purchasing this one!
I was worried about this being too think. Usually things like wax are the last thing you'd want on your face. I went with baby version hoping it would be gentler. Interestingly, if you warm it in your hands and work it into the face as well as give it some time to dry it gives the skin a nice healthy glow and it seals in all the products and moisturiser you put on beforehand. I really like it. It's a great base for makeup, I feel deeply moisturised and well protected from the sun when I wear it. I also feel like it adds a bit of a healthy glow to my skin that I really like. I have dark brown skin and found there was no white cast once I gave it time to sink into the skin. I'd definitely recommend this. I feel brave enough to try the other products in this range now.
I like it has no scent and great ingredients it spreads easily but is a bit oily on application which can get messy with little kids moving about. It feels good to have a choice of safe sunscreen that protects kids from getting burnt.
This is so ridiculously greasy I ended up throwing it out! I used it on my 3 month old baby but it doesn't absorb well at all- it leaves a greasy layer over the skin and it gets on the pram, in the car seat, on bub's clothes...I had to give her a bath to wash it all off! Such a shame as it seems to be the only sunscreen suggested for under 6 months of age. And although i keep bub out of the sun as much as possible, I wanted to put sunscreen on her for when sun can't really be avoided such as during car rides and sometimes in the pram you can't 100% block out all of the sun shining through. I'll just wait until bub is 6 months and i can use a better absorbing sunscreen on her
Do your research, many aluminium ingredients are fully capable of damaging your childs central nervous system in ways which are devastating. Aluminium when it is absorbed into the bloodstream deposits inside the brain which will sit in their and cause problems. Do your research and if you need to research methods to detoxify because i am not here to tell you there is nothing you can do to fix it if you already consume products with aluminium. A great heavy metal detoxifier is called "Bentonite" and "Zeolite" it is quite cheap and can be ingested in different forms of your choice. Take heed and stay safe!
