I have many of these in almost all colors, but the green camo in both heavy cotton and ripstop are my favorite. They are about exactly the Woodland Camouflage I wore in the Army in the 80s. I wear them everywhere, different colors for different activities. Beach and field metal detecting, yard work, even wore them to work in the summer before I retired. I also have the full length versions of all these. I hope y'all never stop making them, don't have to recommend them to anyone because everyone wears them! Best shorts ever.

Been wearing these shorts for decades now. I am the old dude in the baggy shorts. I have been looking for the color, dark putty, finally found it and I got two pairs. Still looking for the baby blue color they used to come in. When I do two more. These shorts are great and I will never stop wearing them year round.

Why don't they make these type of shorts for women??? The closest women's version have small open pockets, visible elastic waist and are a shorter inseam. I want to be able to carry stuff in my cargo pockets, pockets with some sort of closure, zippers or velcro and have the shorts at knee length. The tech pocket on these shorts is very nice and fits my phone, although in years past there was a tech pocket on each side.(sigh!) It took me several days of going back and forth to exchange these cargo shorts to get the correct size. I can't wear these black shorts because they are not sized corectly and also lack the elasticity of the other shorts I bought at the same time. Yet, they are supposed to be the same size and also elastic. My original note said exactly what was the matter with the black pair of shorts. Until it is explained to me how two pair of the same-sized shorts can be so different in actual size and fit, I will not buy another Wrangler product.
I've been wearing these shorts for about 10 years. Started out high quality and durable material. However, over the last three years the material they are made of has been reduced and this year they have removed two of the belt loops, but the price hasn't been reduced. With the quality of the product going down instead of up and the price increasing, I doubt that I will be buying this product any longer.
I'm a huge fan of Wrangler cargo shorts. My previous purchase was the relaxed fit, which are good but too loose on me. These fit perfectly. The quality is amazing--plus, seven belt loops! When did that last happen? They do tend to fade somewhat in the wash but I'm good with that, I'm not wearing them to the opera. The only thing I was disappointed with are the color selections. The green ones are fine, and the dark camo, not so thrilled with the light camo, they are difficult to match with a top. I would buy these shorts again, especially if more colors are offered.
I've worn Wrangler Cargo Shorts exclusively for 20 years and love the fit as well as the durability. To put the durability into perspective, I was surprised by the movement of the phone pocket to the left side on the front of the thigh as my last purchase of the cargos had the phone pocket on the right side, outside of the thigh.The pocket cut is better now as is the removal of the back pocket flaps that just didn't like to lay flat without an iron in the older style. All in all, I'm more than pleased with my Wrangler Cargo Shorts!
I have a pair of Wrangler Real Comfortable Jeans shorts very similar to these. They have a stretch waist band in size 34 waist with the same cargo and back pockets as the ones pictured. In addition, they have a small, vertical zippered pocket on the right side, which is perfect for my pocket knife. They also have a hook on the front left beltloop. I've looked everywhere for 3 or 4 more pair and I can't find them. Can you help?
I own a lot of Wrangler shorts and jeans. I was expecting these to be similar but they are made of a completely different material. They are stretchy and a odd color. I was expecting them to be of the stronger denim and the look dingy or dirty. My other shorts, regular, cargo or carpenters shorts are of a thicker material. Just not crazy about the denim cargo ones
Purchased for my husband. He has been wearing this style for years. His first 5 pair lasted about 10 years and still hanging on but the material is thin now. They wash up great, hold their color also. He uses for around the house projects, they have plenty of give even though they are mostly cotton. Walmart price was great, on sale actually. Can’t beat it!
