Consistency is Key
The first time I bought this pair of jeans it was at a thrift store, and it was perfect. The fit was amazing the color was great, and it had 7 belt loops which I love. I liked the pants so much I wanted another color so I tried searching for the same pair everywhere. I used the style number on the thrift pair to search for the same exact pants but I could only find these-which are shown in the pictures to have five belt loops. I decided to take the gamble and bought the same size I found at the thrift store (34 waist when I usually wear 32 or 33) and was so very pleasantly surprised when the pair came with 7 belt loops. They are nearly identical to the old pair I found at the thrift store and I'm super happy about it. I guess my only gripe would be that the sizing ... I guess my only gripe would be that the sizing is a little off, as I stated above in the parentheses, and the model picture was inaccurate on the website which caused me to hesitate buying this new pair for a good while. They should show the 7 belt loops in the pictures because I think that's one of the best parts along with the red wrangler tag above the right back pocket. Overall great pair of no stretch, all cotton, slightly wider fitting, classic jeans and If they keep making them fit and look like this I'll keep buying them.... Show more

Disappointed in condition. Disappointed in limited leg leng
After many tries to know exactly what size to order (straight leg that sounded like a narrower leg was always too baggy) I finally found the right size to order. Except, I just can't understand why I can't get length of 28 ". I'm not that different from normal that you wouldn't supply 28" leg size. I always have to pay to get them cut shorter.Anyway, I want to have creases in front and back both for the looks and to make it easier to fold every time I wash them. So I press in the creases after the first washings. I am unhappy that these two pairs arrived in a carelessly folded state that put in unwanted creases and wrinkles that are hard to iron out. Apparently they were poorly folded for quite some time.... Show more

Excellent jeans -- But beware of size inconsistencies
I've bought them many times and will continue to do so, they're excellent jeans. But just be aware that black jeans run smaller than blue jeans. I know, makes no sense, right? But TWICE (more than two years apart) I ordered blue and black -- same exact size (40x36), same cut, same everything, just a different color. When they arrived, the black jeans waist was two inches physically smaller than the blue jeans (compared side by side). First time I did nothing, second time I returned and re-ordered 42x36 black jeans. Upon delivery I compared them with the (actually still unworn / unwashed) blue jeans and despite the different labeled size, the waists on both were the same physical size.Makes no sense but apparently a thing. Maybe the black ones are made in a ... MoreI've bought them many times and will continue to do so, they're excellent jeans. But just be aware that black jeans run smaller than blue jeans. Go anywhere, do anything, & look darn good doing it jeans
I bought these jeans 4 years ago just before I moved to Alaska to run tours in the back country. I bought these thinking they would be my off-duty jeans but they turned out to be my daily, nightly, go anywhere, do anything, constant companion jeans. I've climbed mountains, run from caribou, worked construction, gone on dozens of dates, ridden 1000's of motorcycle miles, and most importantly LIVED in these jeans. They are the jeans I reach for time and time again when I need a pair of pants that will handle everything and anything the day can bring. As a 6'0 135lb it's not easy to find jeans that fit my frame AND make my butt look darn good. Every time I put them on my girl tells me how good they make me look, even though there's motor oil stains on the thighs, epoxy ... Every time I put them on my girl tells me how good they make me look, even though there's motor oil stains on the thighs, epoxy on the knees, burns on the legs, and dozens of other "memories" scattered about. I have probably 5 other variations of the cowboy cut but in my opinion, nothing comes close to the 938NAV. They break in like an old friend, and quickly too. After 4 years they're finally starting to get a hint of a hole in the knees, so a new pair is in the near future but these babies will never come out of the rotation. Do yourself a favor and buy em, you'll thank me later. Thanks for having my back(side) Wrangler... Show more

Great for work or personal use
My husband has been a pipefitter for 12 years and works a crazy amount for his service department. Needless to say, he has been through his fair share of jeans in those years in all different brands and styles. During his last work jean haul made because his company provided uniform ones are junk, he bought several styles of Wranglers and another brand as we were shopping at a different retailer than usual. These have been his absolute favorite ones out of all that he bought. The extra elasticity of the waistline is very beneficial for him with all the bending & sitting he does at odd angles for his fitting and welding. Only regret is that he only got one pair in each style he bought. Hoping these come back in stock so I can stock up for him for both work and ... I would buy this again, if you send the right color.
I ordered 36:29, not 34:29 as shown above. I received 36:29. However, I had ordered the dark stone wash and received midnight rinse color. Was able to bleach them, but they are still a bit too dark. I like to wear them for work and every-day use; not for "dress-up" jeans. If I wanted midnight rinse jeans, I would have ordered them. So, I was a bit put out that y'all didn't send what I ordered. Other than that, Wrangler Five-Star Regular Fit Jeans are great. All I can find at the stores around here are the stretchy-cloth Wrangler jeans, and I hate that material. I was excited to find that the Five-Star Regular Fit Jeans is regular denim cloth are available on your web site. Once I found your web site, and found the jeans, I ordered immediately. Sizing Inconsistency
My husband has four pairs of the Wrangler Flex Relaxed Fit jeans. They are in two different shades of blue. They fit him well and he wears them daily. He wanted to order the same style, same size in a shade of black for a little variety. He received a new blue pair and a new black pair the same day. The blue pair fit fine. He couldn't even pull the zipper close enough on the black pair to attempt to zip it. How can two identical pair of jeans with only a difference in color be so different in fit??? To add injury to insult, he had to pay a restocking fee because the black jeans had to be returned. Nothing like being punished for a company's product inconsistency! To be fair, he loves the blue jeans. He just doesn't understand how the selection of a different color ... MoreMy husband has four pairs of the Wrangler Flex Relaxed Fit jeans. Waste of good money; blue dye not set
I've successfully bought directly from Wrangler before, but this was a disaster. I rinsed the new jeans, put them in the washer, and the blue that came out literally damaged the washer to the point that I had to use steel wool to clean all plastic and metal parts. So I washed the jeans by hand FOUR more times and each time massive amounts of blue came out. I finally tried the washer one more time and it AGAIN damaged the washer requiring repair. I would never wear these, or sit on any furniture. Ultimately I threw them in the garbage as I wouldn't even goodwill them, affecting someone else. Waste of $30+ and I'll never order from Wrangler again.... Show more

Well made but loose fit
Wrangler® Five Star Premium Denim Relaxed Fit Jeans are good quality jeans. They appear to be made well and strong. The sizing and fit were good. I purchased 34/32 and they seem to be similar to other brands in sizing.Caution: they are listed as relaxed fit, but they are clearly a loose fit. I am quite athletic and usually like a relaxed fit. I chose these because they are described to be little higher in the waste and thought they would be more comfortable. Everything is fine except there is just too much of them. You will notice the weight. They are too loose to wear for casual outings.I kept them due to the low price and wear them for work around the house.Good durable jeans for working.... Show more
