I ordered the WW smart scale online from Harvey Norman one morning in the midst of stage 4 lockdown (worried about all the calories being consumed in this time). I received a call from Harvey Norman about 1 hour later asking if I was home. It arrived at my house about 1 hour after this! Amazing (socially distanced) service. The product as well is easy to use and doesn’t just measure weight! It helps me to understand my body composition and all the elements that make me healthy. This means that I’m not just focussed on one number - a much healthier approach to weight loss! Would recommend the WW scale and Harvey Norman to anyone and everyone!

Great scale and good value for money. This scale is very easy to use and once you get past the voice saying hullo you can grow fond of her, especially if you are loosing some weight and she has good news for you.

These scales are streamlined and look great in my bathroom Easy to use , just step on. Easy to read. No concerns with these scales. Happy that I bought them. Bought them in a Myer sale. Lovely white and silver colour.

I know weights can change a bit throughout the day, but I am sure I didnt gain over 5kg from the morning weight till the same afternoon. Then reading the other reviews on Productreview, I see it is a very frequent occurrence with this type of scales. Should have read the reviews first but was a last minute purchase. Not happy Weight Watchers.
Looks good, the white blends in well with a simple modern bathroom. Easy to use. To be honest, I probably won't use the fancy functions much as I've already forgotten the steps to follow to use since setting up, but good to know that they're there for the optional use.
Absolutely love this scale. Been looking for a decent one for ages. Looks great in the bathroom. I have already bought one for a friend. Highly recommended. 5 Stars
Pretty nice with the various functions. Just not sure if its accuracy is that great as it fluctuates ~100-500g after I step on it consecutively. Otherwise it’s good for keeping multiple people’s data.
Unboxed it, inserted batteries and stood on it. Display came up with my 'weight' . I stepped off, waited 3 minutes and stepped on again. 1.5 kilo difference in the displayed weight! It happened with my wife as well, hers being a 600 gm. difference. I cannot trust this item, so will be returning and swapping for another.
I love these scales. They seem to be very accurate weight wise (my old ones gave me different readings with a few step on and offs). I love that you can programme in 5 people and it’s easy to get to each profile. I highly recommend these.
Scale works as described. Sleek design and is easy to set up and use. It’s helpful that it cycles through body measurements twice before turning off in case I miss it the first time. I was slightly disappointed that even after user setup ,it does not remember previous weights or measurements. Also, to use the scale, you need to stand in a precise spot where the full length of the foot is in contact with the silver strips, or it will not detect and measure certain body measurements.
