I'm usually a bit hesitant with aftermarket controllers because they don't seem to hold up to official products. But this one is great. I own several wireless ones. And while I do prefer wireless, I really enjoy using this one with the button mapping feature. For the price, it's an excellent alternative to the Elite. Without the battery pack, it's much lighter in my hands which took some getting used to. The trigger clicks are louder but not noticable with a headset. The textured grip on the joysticks is great. Same with button response time. The volume bottom on the controller is a nice touch. Anyone who lands in the pregame lobby for COD Warzone will appreciate it.All-in-all this is a great controller, especially for the price. Very happy with this controller. Bought it to use on my Windows 10 PC with Steam and others. I was tired of fighting with Bluetooth so I wanted something wired. Plugged this in and it worked without any issues. It's nice to know it will just work. Controller feels good. It's light but still feels like it's high quality. I appreciate that it comes with a generously long cord as well that detaches from the controller so that it's easily replaced if anything every happens to it. Vibration works good as well. Would recommend for anybody tired of fussing with Bluetooth or charging instead of spending valuable free time gaming.

Works perfectly in-game, feels great in hand. Only two small issues that are easily resolved:1. the provided usb/c cable was not great quality and caused constant gameplay interruption by losing connection to the PC. Replacing the cable fixed the problem.2. Whenever I set the controller down on the desk, the left trigger activates, starting whatever action the trigger has assigned to it at the time. Usually aiming but can be anything. Not a malfunction or fault neccessarilly but 100% annoying.Other than these two small issues it works perfectly, as I stated previously.

Im not sure who is giving this controller a good ratings but they most of those have to be fake reviews. I bought this controller because i havent had a microsoft xbox controller that works past a month. So i decided to try this and the first one i got right out the box had a defect, so i exchanged it. It took a couple days because they had to order it. When i got the 2nd one, it lasted 2 weeks and then the joystick started to malfunction. To late to return. They all ask to sell warranty for these things and thats because they know they will all break and dont last at all. i havent had a good controller since the xbox 360.
I did not expect to love this controller as much as I do. The PowerA Enhanced Wired Controller is an amazing Controller and I can honestly say that I prefer it over my Microsoft xbox branded controllers. This Controller has great weight to it and feels very high quality, it has the feel of a Microsoft xbox Controller, but it has more features. I think the headset dial is a very nice touch so that I can adjust the volume of the game/chat volume. I was concerned when I saw that I could not plug in my headset mixer which allows me to adjust the game and chat volume separately, but the headset dial did the job for me. Another thing that I love and that sets this Controller apart from other is the advanced gaming buttons. I love having the ability to program buttons onto the back of my Controller. As a FPS gamer I like having the option to customize my button layout so I can play and move faster in game. The Controller runs smoothly and the analog stick are also smooth and comfortable to use. Overall this Controller is a 10/10 and I will definitely be buying more controllers from this brand. I also want to add that the wired adaptor is nice and long so I was able to game from my usual set-up with no problem. No more worrying about recharging my batteries!
I bought the controller and it took about 2 and a half weeks to get to me! Upon getting it there was already some minor stick drift immediately after turning the controller on. Then started having random problems where the left would act as if it was held down when the trigger wasn't pushed in at all. After 2 drops from heights of less than 2 feet the controller is now unusable. The right still has such awful stick drift you literally can't fight it, the trigger constantly has the issues where it acts as though it's pushed in and there was a large crack that was found on the bottom next to the headphone jack. This controller is the most fragile piece of technology I have ever seen
This controller has been great for gaming with my kids. We've been playing Halo Infinite and FarCry with it and not had any issues so far. I really appreciate the programmable buttons near the triggers on the underside of the controller that you can remap to other functions - This lets you keep your fingers near the triggers and not have to pull your thumbs off the joysticks. I like the long 9+ft USB cable that lets me sit far back from my console and still have plenty of slack. It looks like a standard USB-A to Micro-USB cable that can detach from the back of the controller. I was able to plug it into my Windows 11 laptop and play Minecraft immediately without installing any software or drivers. So far, the joysticks and buttons have held up well to gameplay. I've not noticed any extra give or looseness in the joysticks, but I've only been using it for about a week. Overall, this is a solid, lightweight controller that I can use with my Xbox and my laptop.
This review is definitely worth the read, so please take caution. - I first purchased PowerA brand with their battery packs, it was actually really good. I would give the battery packs a solid 5/5. They lasted forever, they did their job, and they were affordable. So I figured "PowerA" huh? I bet they make good controllers, so I figured I would pick up a 39.99USD wired controller, as I only play 1 game on PC with it. (Rocket League)I've owned the controller for less than 1 month, 2 weeks to be precise. Out of the box, it worked great, about 1 week in I started to notice some problems with the LT/LB button, particularly in that they would trigger themselves occasionally, not a super big deal. I figured "hey, I only paid 40 bucks for it, it'll last a year and then i'll buy another better controller"Nope, The following week (today) the controller became unplayable. It wouldn't stop spamming the LB/LT buttons on its own. Controller didn't even last 2 weeks. Please keep in mind that I am a PC gamer, and only use a controller with 1 game (as previously stated). I keep my things nice, and I am never rough with hardware. Meaning that in under 2 weeks, fresh out of the box, the controller took a dump with it only ever being in 1 of 3 places, 1) in the box,2) in my hand, 3) on my desk. Now, PowerA probably has some really stellar customer service, and I'm sure they'd be happy to replace it, but do I really want to send it in, wait X weeks, only to get another dud controller in the mail? Probably not. Stay away from their controllers. It's quite literally a waste of money. I know money may be tight for some people, but if you're going to drop 40$ on a controller, there are better options.
Worked great for literally a day. I'm not rough with my controllers. The left trigger actuator sticks, although the trigger is not being depressed. The left programmable button also sometimes registers as a trigger press. Wonky build, obviously. This, after a few different PowerA models have invariably developed stick drift, dead buttons, and unresponsive controls in general. Will not be buying PowerA products ever again. Shoddy build quality.Maybe it's bad luck on my part. If you get one that works and doesn't fall apart, its great.I have yet to have such an experience.
