So it is well made and works with win10 and the consoles with no issues.It supports Bluetooth audio via 3.5mm jack and it takes 2 AA batteries that last a while if not rechargable.Cons: It doesn't take too long for white to get grotty with children.The hats are fragile if left with children too. Having to dismantle the controller to rectify issues, but fortunately nothing was actually broken.It can be difficult to press the hat buttons and maintain direction.

Pc user steam. I play Destiny 2. Love Gambit and my favourite weapon is the Glaive. This uses the top right back button. Only had controller few month, i take care of my stuff but this is now broken. The top right back button no longer works as it should.

Pros: It arrivedCons: Describe the state of the product in detail and have pictures of the product itself. Someone had clearly mugged BT off and sent back a heavily used Xbox controller. It was FILTHY. Someone has clearly been chomping Cheetos while using it, and got the dust all in every crevice...a brown crust. I had to deep clean it before I used it for fear of infection. It clearly wasn't checked before re-selling. Only remedy they offered was sending it back for a refund. No other options. Too much of a hassle. Very disappointed.
Pros: Nice controllerCons: Developed terrible stick drift almost instantly. BT said they wouldn't replace and had to go through Microsoft to get it repair. Disappointed really. Just spend the extra for a new one.
I usely dont write reviews but this is different. I dont understand whats wrong with these xbox controllers. Its my 4 controller in 10 month period. Twice they send me faulty ones .One had no power and yesterday I got with faulty Y and X buttons. Now its long process to get another one. Its ridiculous its always the LS drift after few months of use. Im not big gamer never hit or droped but some how it always LS that gets damaged first. Its crazy I spend over 200£ pounds just on controller in 10 month period..
Even though I find the playstation controller's symmetry much better-lookin', this controller connects easily and iwthout third party software to your Windows PC.HOWEVER; if you are experiencing lag/disconnect, you need to update your Controller Firmware. To do that:1) launch Micorosft app store (the one app nobody ever uses on windows)2) serch and downlload "XBOX accessories"3) launch it, and follow the instrucitons.

To be honest I wasn't actually looking for this controller but another licensed one but theyve now all shot up to around £30+ or they are hard to come by so I decided to buy an official one and get extra insurance with it.Controller feels comfortable as they have always done since the 360 days but this feels better. Connected it to the TV + Steam Link through a computer in another room -works great! I'm actually prefer disposable batteries like this one uses, so you don't have to have a cord hanging in the living room. If you don't have it, you can buy more. Was a little worried that bluetooth would feel too slow and therefore I would have to buy the 2.4ghz dongle, but this is nothing I have missed.
open box series x controller. wanted a second controller so got this one, its a standard Microsoft controller in the bright green "Volt" colour. No usb c cable in the box. worked fine once I reset it then paired it to my series x
