Just what we needed to make sense of Xero
There aren't a great many books relating to Xero. I'm about to transfer over from MYOB, so I bought two. One for me and one for my daughter who aso will use the files.The book is quite good and provides help for a lot of items. The index could have been a little better. For example Journal (a common term) is not there. It's under Manual Journal.However the book was well worth the money and I've used it quite a deal. I'd certainly reccomend it.
Everytime I have order a book from Booktopia ( and there has been many) it is always delivered, tracked and I have been kept informed regarding delivery. Great Service.
I was disappointed with this book as it did not contain any practical exercises. It is very comprehensive with a lot of information, however this is not a novel, it is meant for a practical application but there were no exercises or opportunity for any exercises to be undertaken.
I am new in Xero and found this a really great reference to have on hand.It was thorough and well laid out so I could understand each section really easily.It made my transition from MYOB to Xero really simple, and I found it good to have an old school paper book so I could tab and highlight as I went -- which you obviously can't do with online resources.
i use it as a reference for our small business using xero
