I never owned a Xiaomi before so I was not expecting that I'm buying an android apple.I love my nova launcher and it gives me plenty of functions I'm not willing to live without. I love android for this customisation. So xiaomi decided that's not the way they want it. First in MIUI14 you don't even have the option to set your default home app (you can get there through nova but it is hidden otherwise). Then if you like 3rd party launcher AND gesture navigation Xiaomi has a bad news for you. It is not possible to have both. This in my opinion is fundamentally not how you want any android device in your hands.Otherwise all was fine but in general didn't get convinced and software limitations were a huge blow to me.
This phone is fast and smooth. Good quality screen and cameras. Also very light. An excellent all rounded phone for the price.

Amazing phone, before this one I had Oppo find x5 pro which I couldn't wait to get rid off but never had a better upgrade path from it. I come from Huawei p20 pro, so this Xiaomi it's definitely a worthy upgrade for anyone who used Huawei phones and are looking for an upgrade:)
Xiaomi latest flagship offers an attractive design, excellent cameras performance, and many more features but you will notice that there are flaws in every aspect of this phone such as the imbalanced stereo speakers, and it might get very hot during heavy gaming.
