Xiaomi Redmi Buds 4 Active True Wireless In-ear Headphones - White Low Latency

The earbud is NOT COMPATIBLE WITH IPHONE. It can’t be used for calls, so iPhone users do take note.I understand iPhone is known for not working well with other brands devices, so I’m not mad abt the misinformation listed. However, the customer service experience really needs to be improved, the replies are unhelpful and not professional at all. It’s like telling me to just deal with it. Another side note on their so called app, it’s pretty much useless. The pictures showing equalizer, ANC, etc are not applicable at least for this earbud. Quality:solidPerformance:iffy but mostly functionalFor this price, this has very great warranty and functions as intended. It does how ever have weird oddities especially the right bud where it wouldn't connect but left one would alone. It also have inconsistent charging, I'd pull it out after a while and it would be lower than the fully charged left bud. Low Latency Mode is basically useless cuz audio cracks constantly, idk why it is even an advertised feature. So far it is tolerable but i see myself needing to use the warranty in the future

It's pretty hard to evaluate headphones for this price, almost for nothing, so I'll try to abstract price as a factor.I used them with the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and the connection works just horribly. The headphones don't automatically connect to the phone, and when they are in my ears and I try to connect via Samsung's control point, the connection happens about 30% of the time. To reconnect, I have to put the headphones back in the case, in which case the chances increase to 50%. Connection takes about 5-10 seconds. Next, you need to take the left earphone and wait until it connects, after which you can take out the right earphone. Also, the case seemed a bit big to me, even compared to other budget Xiaomi headphones.Nevertheless, the sound is ok, the battery is also very good. But that doesn't take away from the fact that the end result of my use of these headphones is that I gave up on them because my experience is too annoying.
