I bought this for my husband to replace his Samsung. He's had it about 3weeks and to be honest he is struggling with it. It won't automatically go on mobile data when out if reach of wifi. He has to keep switching it over. And it keeps changing the wallpaper even after telling it not to. It's got 4 gig of ram and because of this it's quite quick. It will let him play games where as the Samsung only had 3 so wouldn't play some games. It's not as easy to use as the Samsung.

For under $300 this is the best value I can find. It's a great phone that has as many functions as the more expensive phones, and it has an extremely powerful camera with 108mp. There aren't many phones with a 108mp AI camera for this price. The only downside is that it uses a big, bulky charger that is designed for European plugs, not American. The good news is that it came with an adapter. You'll have to plug in something that's facing down because the weight of the charger will make it fall out of the wall socket. Lastly, you can simply plug in an adapter from another phone to charge it; it works well, but charges slightly slower.

The product was listed as Grade A and I cannot fault this grading, it is scratch free, and could pass as a new product. One reason for the purchase was the stated battery life, this has not disappointed so far. My previous phone was a Galaxy S7 and in comparison this is larger, hence the "No" to it being compact. But overall I am very satisfied with the purchase.
Excellent camera quality on this phone! Has really good features, e.g. dual SIM card slot is convenient, long battery life (approx 2 full days), face recognition software is amazing, fingerprint reader makes it easy to unlock the phone. Great security features - you can password-lock some apps. Phone also comes with a clear/transparent gel case (not shockproof or waterproof or anything fancy, but it does the job of covering the phone adequately). I think the quality truly exceeds the price of the phone. It can be tricky to find a suitable screen protector (my current one is not touch-sensitive), but I am on the lookout to find a decent screen protector.
The package arrived in 2 days. From new York to Texas via fed ex. Package was wrapped very well. Upon opening there was a note that stated before opening this device is not CDMA compatible. I confirmed this with my carrier. I did not open the box but I know it would've been a great phone. Redmi note 10 has a 5000 nah battery, super AMOLED screen, affordable, snapdragon. I had a redmi note 8 that I purchased for my husband from wireless place. We will still make purchases from this seller. They're prices are unbeatable with 2 day shipping.
Great mid ranged phone. Lots of customizable features to the OS. I would compare it to the Galaxy S10+ I had. Battery life is great and the camera is one of it's better features. This phone does have a lot of bloatware you can't get rid of but you can hide them in a folder. Bluetooth usage does skip on prolonged usage. But one thing that I wasn't aware of is purchase is that it was a European adapter, but the seller included an adapter to convert it to American plugs which was nice of them. This is a heavier phone due to the battery size. Very pleased with the phone and worth the price.
Been 8 months and I love this phone..can't believe it was so cheap at the time. My neighbour recommend it to me but I'd never heard of the comapny. Well it's fast. Great battery. Loads of storage space. Use it for personal life and work and hope it will last as long as. My last Samsung did which was 5 years!

omega_distributions ON EBAY IS A SCAMMER. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro is a great phone with a very good battery life. I've owned one for a year and now just purchased 3 for my parents and sister. Great phones.
