Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20+

It works great, and I bought it on sale. I've been using robotic vacuum cleaners for the past nine years. I was thrilled when I got the Roborock S2 in 2017 after having an iRobot, and now, I feel the same excitement after purchasing this one following the Roborock S5max. With proper maintenance, the machine can easily last over two years. I feel justified in buying this Xiaomi because it offers premium features for the price, especially considering the current market prices of other machines with similar high end functions. The cost seems reasonable over a two-year period, which I believe this machine will last based on my previous experiences.

As per others,there is a note on the product that no floor cleaning agent to be used, only clean water to avoid damaging the robotic vacuum. But we mostly clean floor with detergent so this means even with this product, we still need to mop the floor ourselves. So need to weigh the benefits.

Honestly this thing changed my life . I have a 80m2 fitness/relax room that is very annoying to clean and I installed the robot there. The first 2 times it cleaned the floor the water came out satisfyingly brown, proof that it was doing its job absolutely great. I now run it several times per week on a schedule and the room is always spotless. The fact that it goes back to the base to clean the mop every 8m2 (you can change that setting) ensures that the floor is actually being cleaned, contrary to simpler models that are just wetting it.Battery is largely sufficient to cover the whole space in 1 run. The map generation function is amazing, especially compared to my 5 yo Roomba i7+. Honestly the only downside I found so far is that you can’t add detergent. The base is relatively big, not an issue per se but something you should be aware of before buying.I’m so satisfied that I bought a second one for another floor of the house.
