I had to recently upgrade from the Band 6 to Band 7 and it's a great upgrade. The watch face is slightly bigger and the extra features are awesome:*different watch face options*personal activity improvements, especially around the standing notifications*sleep breakdown on the watch and the app*longer battery life*good digital specsAnd a bunch of other great modifications.Super easy to use and it definitely encourages the user to be more active and mindful of their everyday health.

Band 7 can only last a few days, not as long as 5 & 6, assumingly more features added. Loving it included more types of sports.Another significant issue is the screen quality, my screen cracked due to a soft drop on a carpeted floor.According to the reviews and feedback out there, it is rather a common issue.Quoting CS's reply: The warranty can't cover physical damage.Notes before purchase:1- invest in a screen protector;2- Go to the store and touch it, don't buy online.

I have quite a high average heart rate so purchased to get a better understanding of what is happening with this - it is very helpful and has given me piece of mind.I also like the sleep function, but It's not totally accurate for light sleep, as I know I am awake during some of the recorded light sleep. It also doesn't pick up all my wake-ups but it's good to get the deep and REM sleep.Steps, blood oxygen and standing hours are also handy functions. The band is nice and light however I'm worried I'm going to lose it, as it fallen off my wrist a number of times when it's been knocked or rubbed up against something. So far this has only happened at home or in the car and I don't always notice straight away. So I've taken to threading a bracelet through the wrist ... MoreI have quite a high average heart rate so purchased to get a better understanding of what is happening with this - it is very helpful and has given me piece of mind.I also like the sleep function, but It's not totally accurate for light sleep, as I know I am awake during some of the recorded light sleep. Bought two. My daughters paired and connected easily enough, Mine did not. It took about an hour and a LOT of frustration. Once paired and connected, navigation was simple enough. Cumbersome but you can definitely figure it out. I didn't like it, but I could deal with using metric vs imperial. Syncing seemed to be an issue and then at about week two, both stopped syncing completely. N0 amount of restarting, resetting, logging out and back in or cussing helped. At least it happened during the return window.

... in the seventh generation of the Mi Smart Fitness Tracker, even though the improvements are largely incremental. Love the larger screen (and thus watch face), battery time seems better than generation 6 as well. Reminders to get up and move one's limbs after long periods of sitting are very welcome. An auto-brightness feature that adjusts to ambient light levels is still missing. All in all, good fitness watch -- even if I'd never buy it at full price. On special, it's a neat purchase though. (Plus, free pick up at PB Tech store always works perfectly.)

Very happy with the watch. Love the "raise to wake" feature, plus constant health monitoring and easy to read notifications, weather etc. I had the Mi Band 4 originally and was happy with that, but when it broke, I had no hesitation to buy the Mi Band 7. I did toss up whether to go the extra money for the increased size of the Pro version but decided that since functionality was the same, the smaller non-Pro version was good enough, especially since I had been happy with the v4 one which was smaller. Added bonus over the v4 is the screen is now colour. Even as a waterproof watch, the price is good but all the other features just make it an even better value-for-money item.

Amazing watch which ticks all the boxes of smart watch. I had earlier used bands 5 and was very happy with it. However from past 1 year I found it but slow and band strape was really loose. The hook keeps coming out. After researching for other watches including Samsung watch I finally got Mi band 7. I also compared with band 7 pro, I felt this one was better in many aspects. Which includes weight Size of screen etc.. Now I know many of you think how can I compare this watch with expensive watches . But the below are my reasons: 1. Amazingly light weight. I wear it all day long including night. 2. I also didn't want huge screen which would affect the eyes. This watch has perfect size it is neither too small nor too big. 3. The hook of the strap even though looks same to previous model is little tight which help in the grip. Hence it is locked perfectly. 4. O2 festure gives almost accurate result. However one should not be relied upon this entirely. 5. New clock faces which gives bright new look and feel. 6. The strap of previous versions fits well with this watch so there are various options. 7. Unlike 7 pro which has weird new type of charging, this one continued the same magnetic cable like its predecessors. Now few things which I wanted to be better: 1. This may be just me. But even though the strap is sturdy even I always have this feeling of it coming off. I like the good old buckle straps. 2. The UI could have been better compared to other watches in this price range. 3. NFC support not available. However this is not that big of an issue. Overall this is one of the best watches currently available in the market.

Came very quickly. Has been very well received gift. Offers just that bit more than a standard fitness tracker band. Very long battery life. The band that comes with it is a bit too big for a 14.5cm wrist, and perhaps because of this, doesn't seem very secure. It had fallen off a couple of times. Replaced the band with a braided elastic adjustable band and its perfect.

I got this during a Black Friday sale to replace my ageing Fitbit Charge 2 and I adore it. It's a big upgrade of course, but it's no Apple Watch - that said, I was surprised by just how good it *is* for the price, even when it's not on sale. The AMOLED screen looks gorgeous, and it can be bright enough to be perfectly readable even when it's very bright outside. The touch screen is, again, surprisingly responsive and easy to use for such a low price, and it works great for changing settings, controlling the music on your phone, and checking notifications. The band is nice and smooth, I barely notice it on my wrist when I'm out and about, unlike my previous device, the bulky and unwieldy Fitbit Charge 2.I haven't had a chance to test out the waterproofing ... MoreI got this during a Black Friday sale to replace my ageing Fitbit Charge 2 and I adore it. The band is nice and smooth, I barely notice it on my wrist when I'm out and about, unlike my previous device, the bulky and unwieldy Fitbit Charge 2.I haven't had a chance to test out the waterproofing yet.The page listing here says it has up to two weeks battery life, but that will be on standard settings - once you have a bit of a play with the things it can do (if you're tech savvy enough to care), that will be reduced quite a bit. I've been wearing it pretty well constantly, including when I'm asleep, since Monday afternoon and today on Friday it has 40% battery left. I would guess that I'll probably get another two or three days out of it before it needs charging. It also does not come fully charged and it has no buttons so the only way to wake it on first use is to plug it into the charger.Sometimes when I'm gaming, it will press up against my leg and activate the watch face setup menu, which is a little annoying, but it vibrates when that happens so you can look at it and tap the screen to go back to the "home" screen. The 'raise-to-wake' feature can be a bit finnicky too, and I wouldn't recommend setting it to sensitive because then it will never stop activating. While it was perfectly simple to get this up and running on my iPhone 12 mini on iOS 16.2a (Public Beta 3), the process of getting it to work with all the notifications I wanted it to was a bit convoluted. It still isn't doing everything I want it to, but it does most things I need such as iMessage, Outlook, Reminders/Events, incoming calls and Twitter.I'd definitely recommend this thing because it feels like a real premium product on a budget, but if you're not particularly tech savvy then maybe have someone who is set it up for you.
