The Xiaomi Smart Camera C400 offers a high resolution of 2.5K via a 4 MP camera sensor that records videos with 2560 x 1440 pixels. Thanks to a large aperture and a 6P lens, it allows less light reflection and good visibility even in unfavorable lighting conditions. In complete darkness, the night vision function with 940 nm infrared light is used. The Xiaomi Smart Camera C400 can also be rotated thanks to an integrated motor, enabling a 360-degree all-round view. In addition to a 106-degree viewing angle, the tilt can also be adjusted, and there is also a zoom function. The camera uses an AI algorithm to recognize people and, if desired, can automatically follow them in the room. Recordings are stored either locally on a microSD memory card with up to 256 GB or in the cloud via WLAN. Two-way audio with an extra large speaker enables real-time communication through the camera. This is done either via the Xiaomi Home App, smart devices from Xiaomi or via Amazon Alexa and Google Home.
