I was buying regular Xlear for my kids before I discovered the kids' version. My kids' prefer this version b/c they can control the intensity of the spray by how hard and fast they squeeze the bottle. It's more comfortable for them than the regular version. We use this year round for allergies in the spring and fall, dryness in the winter and summer with the heat and AC. This spray does not sting, and has a slight sweetness to it.

I use it during cold and flu season for myself (adult version), this year I’ve bought it to have before hand, in case of my children catch something. Use it like a dropper or spray for older children. Xylitol has sweet taste if it drips from nose to the throat. Not harsh on nose. Better hydration of nose inside. I use first to flush away and then blow nose and use it again to finish process. Stay safe this season!
