We use this for the dental benefits. Everyone takes a pinch after eating - we have a big family so those xylitol mints add up fast, and this is an affordable solution. I plan to cook up some mints out of it soon, just haven't gotten around to it. The data on xylitol for dental health and microbiome is extensive and compelling, and it sure is an easy thing to get into the habit of doing and the kids love it

I have used xylitol sweetener for years because it does not have a "taste" or aftertaste to me. Instead it simply does what it is supposed to do, sweeten. Whether I stir, sprinkle, cook or bake - this does the job.A word about Xclear Xylosweet - this brand is consistently good. Ive tried other lower cost alternatives and found they upset my digestive system or have an undesirable consistency.

First time I wanted to consume less sugar, I tried xylitol sweetener as an alternative to sugar. I do not like it a lot because of the aftertaste. And comparatively, allulose is better than xylitol as an substitute as it is healthier. As a starter, I use it to add into drink, to bake cakes and dessert. They are also keto diet friendly which is low carb and calorie. The quality is not bad. But I switch to allulose which I feel better suit me.
Quality product from Xlear. It is getting harder to find Xylitol sold in quantities greater than 1 pound. We use this as a part of following Dr. Ellie's dental health protocol daily in our household. NOW Foods sells it in the 1 lb. quantity but that doesn't last long. This 5 lb. bag is perfect for our needs and we will be buying more of the same.
I love this product for the many benefits using xylitol delivers. It is a quality product and a good value. Additionally, I appreciate the packaging which limits the amount of plastic used. I am happy to use my own containers and wish more manufacturers would consider reducing the amount of plastic used in the packaging of a product. It is something that definitely influences my buying decisions. I thoroughly recommend this product especially for anyone concerned with reducing plastics.
I use xylitol as a sweetener in chocolates and a variety of cakes and deserts. I like its taste very much. This very brand is definitely good quality, dry and crystalline. I never use it as a sole sweetener, but rather as part of a mix of other ones, like isomalt and intense sweeteners like sucralose. Such mixture is OK for ketogenic and low carbs diet, with the added value of great taste, mouth-feel and anti-cariogenic properties. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the price. Although its a relatively good price, it is still somewhat to expensive.
