Hold your breath to drink down the terrible taste.

Could not get past the terrible taste. A mix of tastes like liquid penicillin and the smell of tar.

Not so great on taste buds

The taste is where it mainly where it literally knocks you out because the taste isn't pleasant. Taste slightly better than coffee and tea.
