Xtend - Original BCAA 30 Serves / Freedom Ice

I had no idea what I was getting myself into when ordering the airheads white mystery flavor. I just went for it though because I have been driving many of the flavors from xtend for about 8 years and some are better than others but all are good. Wow this flavor is now one of my favorite! My top flavors are this one, blue raspberry, lemon lime, and tropic thunder. Yum!

I purchased this because none of the labels or descriptions mention artificial dyes. They mention artificial flavors but not dyes. I’m extremely cautious with red #40, so was disappointed to see a different label on my canister when it arrived. Artificial dyes are quickly becoming banned with the increased awareness of the health risks that have been identified. This information should definitely be included in the descriptions and the correct label should be shown in the images. Giving it 3 stars because the flavor was great and it contained more supplements than other brands.

I am trying to get into the world of fitness supplements without diving too deep. Depending on my workout, I’m sometimes sore for days and wanted to find something they helps aid that along with muscle gain. Figured I’d give it a try.The taste isn’t too bad, I’d love to try other flavors though. It it a little bitter to me, and not something I enjoy (I’ve only had 2 servings so I can’t dog on it completely) and don’t think I could chug it down quickly. It’s not bad though don’t get me wrong. Definitely going to keep using though :)

I’ve tried blue raspberry, blood orange, watermelon, grape, margarita and mango. Tropic Thunder is by far the best flavor I’ve tried this far!!! No wonky aftertaste, could drink this everyday. I’d wanted the smaller bottle but it’s so tasty I don’t mind having a larger size. I hope they don’t discontinue this flavor. Will be in the rotation from here on out.

So I had bought the Freedom I've flavor locally and loved it so much I wanted to try another flavor. Normally I'd go for the blue raspberry but I wanted to try the Mystery Airheads. I wouldn't recommend it. I'm sure it's no different from any of their other flavors with effectiveness and everything, but it tastes like a sweetened alkaseltzer. It's not terrible, but it's not good. I'll probably sprinkle the Freedom Ice into each serving or use a Mio to flavor it better.

I've been using this product for 8 years but they just changed the formula. They messed up with the taste, notably increased the amount of artificial/synthetic yellow colorant (Yellow 5) and they got rid of citrulline malate. I appreciate when changes are done to improve products but this was a big step in the wrong direction. It now looks weird, tastes weird and makes me feel I'm drinking more colorants for no reason.

I was excited to try this flavor since I really liked the Blue Berry one but this definitely fell short of expectations. The first difference I noticed is the scoop is much larger than the other flavor I purchased. This causes the flavor to be way too strong so I end up only using half a scoop. Aside from the strong flavor there is also this weird chemically aftertaste that is unpleasant. I'm also not sure about how well this product works since I drink it after every workout and seem to feel more sore than I normally do. I would not buy this product again.

I've been using Xtend for probably a decade at this point. Blue Raspberry Ice is my flavor of choice. Excellent Product, Good Taste

XTEND is an excellent supplement, one of the best. This is a supplement that really makes a difference. People criticize BCAAs, and perhaps some products don't work, but XTEND performs very well. The difference in my workouts when taking XTEND is very noticeable.As for the Freedom Ice flavor, it was amazing when it first came out. They must have changed the flavoring somewhat. It's good, but not as great as before.

refreshing summer or after sports drink

Tastes very much as you'd expect, a blue raspberry snowcone. I've tried multiple flavours of xtend brand and unfortunately this was not to my liking. I have a sweet tooth and crave soda especially on hot humid days so instead I went for this and sometimes even mix it with some sparkling water. By far out of all the xtend brand electrolite powders I've tried the Cherry Air Heads is hands-down the BEST!If you love the taste of blue raspberry slurpees, this one will be right up your alley
